We have been regular visitors to Cyprus over the years each time booking a Villa for the family (this was our 9th visit) - I must admit this was by far and away our best visit yet - from booking directly on the prestige booking website site, to the comms from Gerry prior to our visit including the online guest guide (which was great), the villa itself which is the best we have stayed in, and the continued comms with Gerry on arrival and departure everything was excellent. We will be back and will use prestige bookings again - cannot recommend highly enough the quality and professionalism- thanks for making our holiday one to remember

We have been coming to Cyprus for over 20 years and I can honestly say this was the best villa we have stayed in by far.
In our opinion, the location was fantastic, the views were fantastic and villa Arestouna Ena was just wow!!
It had everything you needed for a villa holiday.
We were greeted by Gerry upon arrival which is a great personal touch. Gerry showed us everything and the app is so good to use. We had a couple of slight issues but as soon as we contacted Gerry he was there within 10 minutes.
If we had to have one negative we would say that the bedrooms should have full length mirrors close to a electrical socket.
We will defintely return.

Our stay at the villa was a truly exceptional experience!

The size of the property is impressive, offering complete comfort and autonomy. Even with several people around, there is always a sense of privacy and absolute quiet at any moment of the day. Its secluded location creates a unique atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation.

The infinity pool is simply amazing, and the garden is truly enchanting — it is crystal clear that every single detail in the house has been meticulously attended to.

A special mention goes to Jerry for his flawless hospitality. The application he provided us with, containing all the details about the house as well as great recommendations for local services, was extremely helpful and made our stay completely seamless.

3 days full of luxury and peace. We will definitely be back!

Prestige Bookings are simply the best! First class communication, support and service, and villas that you just never want to leave! This was our second year in a row in Cyprus at a Prestige Bookings villa and it was just amazing!! We stayed at Villa Avyana, with it's infinity pool, roof top jacuzzi, ping pong table, half basket ball court, outside kitchen and BBQ area, and, private cinema! It was like being a Hollywood star for a week! Just fantastic! Amazing location close to the beach and just far enough outside of Paphos to avoid the crowds. Gerry from Prestige Bookings is your man to make any holiday in this area perfect. This was not our first time staying in a Prestige Bookings villa, and it definitely won't be our last! Highly recommended.

The villa is very clean and new with great facilities and excellent pool with outdoor kitchen and BBQ, the owner gerry is very kind and nice , helping with everything that needed , you have your privacy and also close by 25 minutes drive to olmost everything, we had great time

An Absolutely Magnificent Stay

The holiday villa was simply outstanding — beautiful & spacious accommodation, everything we could have wished for, and more. Gerry was exceptional from start to finish, always available and ready to help/guide in every way. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend!

Our stay was very nice and comfortable. Option to have 2 houses when coming as a bigger group of few families is perfect. Houses are big,so are the gardens and pools. The view from the pool is amazing and the area is very calm and quiet. Houses are only 3min away by car from big supermarket where you can buy everything, and 5min drive from Coral bay best for children. In the middle of our stay we had a cleaning up service included which was very nice. Contact with the company representative was very good.
However there are few things that were our concerns. As temperature in Cyprus is high most of the year outdoor area is affected by the heat side effects so sunbeds were breaking up when a thin girl tried to lie down on them, also the tails on the tarrace area were broken and we had to warn our kids to be careful not to cut while walking barefoot. The house inside was okay. Having all we need however the info od additional cost for A/C in living area should be included from the begging.
Also and for me the biggest concern is the deposit of 600Euros blocked grom the bank account for 30 days from check in date. As we have booked our stay at Airbnb no such thing was shared with us on reservation site until few days prior coming when prestige booking reach out with different info to the one we had from Airbnb. Check in and check out time was different, house equipment not aligned and no info about deposit on Airbnb from where we had our reservation. Also not sure why money are booked for so long and we have not been informed on our check out if deposit will be fully released. What if next guests will do some demages and owner will charge us. If such standard is performed we should have full house review done by company representative with our presence on check out to confirm and sign the deposit return.

We had a fantastic time at Aretousa Dya Villa in Cyprus. We were greeted by Gerry and he really made us feel welcome, showed us round and how to use everything. The Prestige booking app is so useful, it has all the information about the villa, how to use all the appliances and then it has some great recommendations for things to do, places to eat and drink, where the supermarket, doctors, etc is and you can order taxi's and book restaurant tables.

Gerry and the team at Prestige helped us numerous times when our car company let us down.

The villa is fantastic and so comfortable, great pool and outside areas and we visited lots of places, everyone is really friendly and we felt really safe and well looked after.
Great holiday and we wish we were back there now!

From the moment we booked, Gerry stayed in contact with us and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He met us personally at the villa when we arrived and genuinely could not have been more welcoming or approachable.

He took the time to walk us through the entire villa and explain everything the air conditioning, coffee machine, TV, Wi-Fi, outside areas and even the app. He also recommended restaurants, places to visit and things to do locally. I’ve stayed in plenty of places over the years and honestly can’t remember receiving such a thorough and personal welcome.

What impressed me most was that it didn’t feel like Gerry was simply doing his job. He genuinely seemed to care that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. He told us from the beginning that if we needed anything, just call him and he meant it. Whenever I called, he answered immediately.

At one point a smoke detector needed a replacement battery. I called Gerry, he answered straight away and simply said, “Don’t worry, I’ll sort it.” A couple of hours later he arrived and sorted it. That’s the kind of service that makes a difference.

We arrived on a late flight and Gerry had even put a few essentials in the fridge to get us started including a couple of beers, which were very much appreciated! 😂 It was a small touch, but after travelling with two young children it meant a lot.

The villa itself was immaculate, very well maintained and had everything we needed as a family. We felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. There were even useful extras such as folding chairs, and having hired a car, we were able to use the villa’s drive without any issue.

The shared pool was clean, safe and well maintained, and our 7 year old daughter and 4 year old son absolutely loved it. The neighbours and local residents were also incredibly welcoming. We’re not a particularly loud family, but it was lovely to feel completely comfortable spending time around the pool with the children, and some of the locals even joined us.

If I had to find one criticism, the garden could perhaps have been cleaned a little better. However, that’s genuinely about the only negative I can think of, and it didn’t affect our holiday at all as we spent most of our time either around the pool or out exploring.

We travelled around Kato Paphos, visited the waterpark and ate at local restaurants, and everywhere we went we felt welcomed and safe. I would definitely recommend hiring a car as it makes exploring much easier. Driving was straightforward for us coming from the UK as they drive on the same side of the road, the roads were generally good and we found local drivers perfectly fine.

Finally, I have to come back to Gerry because he really is an asset to Prestige Bookings. I would happily stay here again largely because of the experience he gave us, and I’d genuinely think twice about booking if I knew he was no longer there. That’s probably the biggest compliment I can give him.

הוילה היתה מדהימה! מאוד נהננו מהשהות בה.
היינו 2 משפחות עם ילדים - 11 איש, הוילה מרווחת מאוד, החלל הציבורי טוב, המטבח גדול. חדרי השינה טובים אם כי בהם כדאי . ממש לשפר את איכות השמיכות. קבלנו ציפה אחת לכל מיטה כשמיכה. לא היו שמיכות בכלל גם כשביקשנו. זה העיב על איכות השינה בעיקר של הילדים.

החצר הגדולה והמטופחת עם הבריכה המקסימה היו ללא ספק המקום האטרקטיבי על כולנו בוילה. מאוד נהננו לשכשך בבריכה הנעימה ולרבוץ למנוחה סביבה.
מיקום הוילה גם אהבנו ממש. המקום שקט , חוף הים קרוב, יש גם סופר קרוב ומאוד נוח באזור.

לסיכום ממש נהננו ובהחלט נשמח לחזור להתארח אצלכם.

Every year we rent a house in Pafo for our holidays but i have never had such a professional and pleasant experience with agents or owners as i did with Gerry. He was a sweet and lovely man that was ready to help when and if needed with a good sense of humour!
The house we rented was exactly what we needed - large, clean, roomy with everything you need. The pool, the house, the play room - everything was well thought out and very well maintained.
Everything - from the booking process to the check in and then check out - went smoothly. I will definitely be booking the rest of out holidays with Gerry and Prestige Bookings. Thank you again for a great holiday. xx

Beautiful villa, beautiful setting and beautiful view. What more can I say?
Oh yes! Gerry! Absolutely brilliant host. He meets and greets you, shows you around and explains how everything works. He then leaves you alone to enjoy your holiday but if you ever need him for anything he’s on hand to help out.
I was also here last year and I will probably be back again next year.

This was our second visit to the glorious Villa Avyana and it did not disappoint. The villa is incredibly well equipped and luxurious: most days were spent next to the beautiful pool, with evenings enjoying movies in the cinema. And if you are in any doubt, Cyprus is sunny, welcoming and very very safe. Highly recommended.

This is our second time at villa andrea and will be back again gerry is also amazing with the full family nothing too big or small for him helps with everything. See you next year gerry

This was our second visit to Aretousa Ena, we first stayed here last year and loved it that much that we decided to return with our son and parents.
The villa was just as beautiful as before, the views are amazing and the pool was extremely welcoming after days exploring in the sun.
The villa is very well equipped and finished to a high standard. Everything you need to enjoy family bbqs and days by the pool.
Gerry, as always was very informative, friendly and at hand should we have needed anything.
This was my parents first time staying in a villa and they felt very spoilt and have said that they would choose a villa over a hotel for any future holidays.
We love the location of the villa, just a short drive into coral bay and a little further into the harbour.
We also enjoyed walks down to the shipwreck where there are a couple of places to grab something to eat and drink.

Thank you for another wonderful holiday, we will definitely be back in the future.

Fantastic stay near Coral Bay. Prestige is great and easy to deal with and the villas are well looked after have everything you can need. The area is safe and welcoming and Gerry is super helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. We felt safe throughout our time in Cyprus, and there were plenty of beautiful attractions making it easy to explore the area. We would be happy to stay here again!

Well where do I start, from the moment we arrived Gerry our host was exceptional, there was no issue that he would not or could not resolve. He answered our calls and he replied swiftly to our texts not only that but even after leaving the villa he has taken a call from us and went over and above and saved us from loosing a one off kilt made only for the big occasion! This guy is superb.
Now as for the villa well it was much better than our expectations, especially for our big day! It was in a quiet area nice and peaceful with a lovely family run bar right next door what more can you ask for.
The cinema did not disappoint either great for those big footballing occasions #noscotlandnoparty

Our only issues where some folk where sceptical about coming to our occasion due to the on going issues of the Middle East area. However it was bliss no problems and safer than ever, news always making things out crazier than it seems.

If anyone wishes to visit using these guys I fully recommend them as the hospitality is second to none. If they were Michelin it’s Stars all round from myself and my new wife!
