Run from this company if you want a travel agency to care about you after booking. Quoted incorrect and incomplete info at booking, hard to call in and often don't get return calls or emails. Some good workers but the company is too big and compartmentalized for any one person to take care of one's full needs. The few dollars you save at booking ARE NOT WORTH IT. Several painful months dealing with this company.

We were forced to deal with them last week. The guide was MIA on multiple occasions. Our guide (when she actually showed up) was not a good source of information. Just poor quality in terms of service. Good luck getting them to care - it appears many have complained but no responses from the company. Just say no if you hear their name!

I booked a cruise all in for my husband and myself I was quoted $7743.00 with a $200.00 non refundable then the sent me an invoice for $12028.00. I tried to call them and of course they had closed, the next said I was told no refund period. Jay Segal is a lied. I was told they have everything on a recorded line but refused to listen. DO NOT USE THIS SNAKE company!

We used Prestige Cruises for our first cruise. It was a 7 day Voyage of the Glaciers on Royal Princess. We only had to pay $85 for flight from Baltimore to Vancouver. We had a great time.

Do NOT book with Prestige Cruises .com !!!!They are HORRIBLE!!!! Lots of hidden things....they will tell you that taxes are included BUT THEY ARE NOT. Once you get your paper work they charge you additionally for the taxes. They will tell you they can transfer you from one place to another, then renege on it. Once you book with an agent, you can NEVER reach that agent again!!! They send you to customer service and these people are rude and NO HELP AT ALL! No one answers your phone calls not even the supervisor who gave me her phone#, promised to call me back, 3 weeks later no callback and she will not answer any calls. Look at all your documents closely, read everything before letting the again off the phone because it WILL NOT BE what was discussed and then there is no changing it no matter how UNSATISSFIED you are!. YOUR DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE and this is where they get you. There is nothing you can do. They are NOT accommodating AT ALL!! I am going to loose $400 rather than go on this cruise!! If these are issue now, imagine the issues on the cruise!!!! Read all the reviews and you will see most people feel the same. There are not many if any happy customers....READ THE REVIEWS. I wish I did. Do NOT book with Prestige Cruises .com !!!!
