We visited Hatton Garden London where we were attended by Kasia, who was excellent, friendly and very efficient.

I have sold items with this company


I have sold items with this company (Loughton branch) twice. I was dealt with by vilma and Amy and they were both absolutely fantastic. With my 2nd sale, I got more than I anticipated so walked away very happy. I would definitely use these in future over any ordinary high street jewellers. Very pleased overall. Kind, helpful staff. I don’t live local and had to travel to get there, but definitely worth the trip.

Tried to rip me off

They gave me a valuation far below second hand value on my rare vintage Chanel bag. Less than a third of value. Obvious how they have become millionaires by ripping off people. Use a local auction instead

First time iv ever used a Pawn broker


First time iv ever used a Pawn broker and immediately recognised this business from the television series. From start to finish the whole procedure was very professional and quick... I will recommend this service/business to others should they ever need such a service. The chap that dealt with me was very friendly and helpful and the premises added to the overall professional experience received.

Great Store

First time visiting Posh Pawn in Richmond to sell an unwanted watch,
I was very pleased with the quote that Justin gave me.
The staff were very polite and helpful, i have no problem
in recommending this store to anyone who wishes to sell
jewellery or watches.

My Posh Pawn visit

My Posh Pawn visit
for the second time was dealing with Deanna. She was very nice, polite and helped me pawn a few items.
I enjoy going to the Hatton Garden shop. All those shops with beautiful jewellery!
I could walk around there for hours, admiring pretty jewels. The Posh Pawn shop feels cozy. I feel confident about Posh Pawn as their solid reputation is well-deserved. Excellent Customer Care!

Guildford store a few
, not great

ISBN into the Guildford store a few times and I have purchased something which I have the receipts for I also received very poor customer service and rude from the members of staff I do not recommend this and this is my personal opinion
