I recently took my Rolex to Posh Pawn to have it resized, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and handled my watch with great care. The resizing was done quickly and accurately, and the fit is now perfect. They took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied before I left. It’s not always easy to trust someone with a valuable watch, but they made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service, actually took my diamond bracelet to Mays Pawnbrokers and they said it was fake, took it to prestige, confirmed it was real with an XRF X-ray and payment into my bank in 3 hours, more than pleased with their customer service.

Visted Loughton today, Charlotte was very helpful and the process was quite quick managed to sort out my problem it was nice to have a friendly face.

Had the most fantastic experience with Deanna and her colleagues; very professional, efficient and above all an absolute pleasure to speak to. Bag authentication was completed very fast - on the same day, so cannot recommend this place enough - I went there relatively last minute and had the most outstanding experience and outcome. I have never experienced selling through a pawn shop and was rather tentative at the beginning. I needn't have worried. Kathy (and later one of her colleagues) is clearly very experienced. She managed the whole process, and the sale, keeping me updated throughout. She kindly, clearly and compassionately communicated with me at every stage of the journey. It's quite an emotional process parting with precious items and memories. Kathy made it feel as smooth and easy as possible. I also learned interesting things along the way. I can thoroughly recommend Posh Pawn in Richmond.

I had some unwanted gold jewellery lying around and decided to take it into the shop. The team treated me really well from the moment I arrived — they were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly, gave my jewellery a proper assessment, and offered me a great deal that I was very happy with. Payment was made quickly and smoothly, which made the experience even better. It’s hard to find honest and trustworthy service these days, so I really appreciated how easy and comfortable they made everything. I wanted to sell an old gold ring. I know there are plenty of online “send us your gold and we’ll send you the money” offering maybe more but I’d always steer clear of that type of dealer. Posh Pawn weighed my item, offered me a good price then went through the paperwork and ID checks, paid me cash and I was out of there in 20 minutes. All pretty easy really. I’d do it again.

I was looked after by a very nice young lady called Shona who was very friendly and professional. I have terminal cancer and she made me feel very uncomfortable. I would recommend you to anyone who asked.
