Just like everyone, we were excited to start out our kitchen refurb. We visited the usual big companies like wren and DIY kitchens but started to feel overwhelmed with all the options out there and just felt very salesy and didnt really feel inspired. We live quite close to the Prestons hudderfield showroom so visted on a whim, the showroom was amazing and we thought at 1st it was going to be way out of our price league. The prestons staff were friendly and clearly very knowledgeable without being pushy and designed our dream kitchen for less than we thought it was going to be. They adapted the kitchen to what we needed in terms of design and cost aswell as our busy lifestyle with a toddler. Actually really surprised at how affordable it was! They also have their own fitting team who can do the project work which we was going to manage ourselves so it felt really streamline and took the stress away from having to source these individually. Very very pleased with our prestons german kitchen 🤩 highly recommend to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

We used Prestons to design and supply our new kitchen. The whole process was seamless, from the first impromptu visit to the showroom through to the kitchen being delivered. Natalie and Aron in the Leeds showroom were excellent, we are given multiple design options at the first review meeting and our input was taken onboard and changes made to our liking. Even late in the process when we changed a set of cupboards to drawers was no issue. All the way through the communication was excellent and no pressure was applied to get a sale. Once the design was done we moved on to the aftercare team, again great communication and no issues at all. The quality of the kitchen is excellent, you can really tell the difference in the doors supplied compared to other brands.

I recently had my kitchen installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final finishing touches, the team demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to quality.

The design process was smooth and collaborative. They took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget, offering helpful suggestions without being pushy. The final design made excellent use of the space and combined both style and practicality.

Installation was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. Everything was completed within the agreed timeframe, and the workmanship is outstanding—every unit, surface, and fitting has been finished to perfection.

What really stood out was the communication throughout the project. I was kept informed at every stage, and any small issues were addressed quickly and professionally.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with my new kitchen. It looks fantastic and functions perfectly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality kitchen installation.

We chose Prestons Kitchens because of the excellent customer service provided from the minute we went into the shop. Chris was so helpful and produced a wonderful design for us. We were very pleased with the price quoted to us. Within a few weeks the kitchen had arrived and was expertly fitted by Jay and Jacob. They went out of their way to make sure everything was just as we wanted. We are very pleased with the quality of the kitchen and also the service provided from the beginning to the end of the whole process. We would highly recommend Prestons Kitchens.

We had a fantastic experience with Prestons from start to finish. We were blown away by the initial design consultation where Mark and the team had created a bespoke design for us, reimagining the layout of our downstairs area to create our dream kitchen living room. They went the extra mile suggesting ideas to us that we hadn’t previously considered and really putting thought into how best to use the space.

We instantly fell in love with the contemporary style of their kitchens and high quality of the cabinets. We also got quotes and designs from Wren and Magnet but felt that Prestons were much more creative and they offered a bespoke look and feel for a very competitive price. After making many little tweaks for us we finalised the design and used Prestons for the installation and building work too.

We are so happy with our kitchen - from the beautiful island, to the enormous pan drawers and the stunning coffee station! It’s the perfect space for spending time with our family and friends.

We initially went to Wren for our kitchen. We were having a kitchen extension so gave them all the plans and measurements. All was well until we got to floor stage. After marking the kitchen out the design didn’t really fit the space. After some disappointing discussions with Wren we decided to go elsewhere. After a little research we decided to look at Preston’s. We went to visit the Leeds showroom and was met by Natalie. Natalie was excellent and initially showing us around the showroom. We could not have asked for a more personal and pleasant approach from Natalie. I think this approach definitely made our minds up to use Preston’s.
Then onto designing the kitchen. This was professional and went into all our needs and how we would be using the space ( something Wren didn’t do! ) 5 designs in total were done for us to consider. All had different advantages. The design process was flawless throughout. Very in depth.
Onto the delivery and fitting. The kitchen was delivered a couple of days before fitting. This all went without a hitch. We used Preston’s recommendation for fitting and I am glad we did. It was done within 3 days. Not a single problem that I was aware of. I still haven’t found any. After around 6 months now we are extremely happy with our kitchen. No problem whatsoever.
I could not recommend Preston’s enough for the whole process from start to finish.

We had looked around the usual WREN and Wickes kitchens but weren’t 100% satisfied, as they all looked very generic and lacked that personal touch we were hoping for. In fact, we weren’t even going to try Preston’s — we just happened to be passing on the way home and decided to pop in.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Elliot, who was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. We had a good look around, fell in love with one of the ranges, and that was it — we were hooked. An initial measurement was arranged, the details were fed back to Preston’s, and soon after we had a consultation with Luke. He was fantastic — very friendly, upbeat and genuinely enthusiastic — which really set Preston’s apart from the other companies we’d visited. We were given an initial cost and paid a £500 deposit, which went towards the next stage of the process.
Next, Oliver from The Project Company (who Preston’s use to manage the installation and arrangements) came out to carry out more accurate measurements based on the revised design. He was approachable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We discussed the extras we needed — plastering, flooring, additional lighting and even some outdoor lighting — and he took everything on board, providing us with an estimated timeframe for the installation works. A week later, we were ready for our final approval meeting and were happy with both the kitchen cost and installation package.
We weren’t in a rush, as we’d been living with a half-functional kitchen already, but we were advised installation would begin within 6–10 weeks, which suited us perfectly. What really impressed us was the organisation. Oliver gave us clear dates for each trade — and they actually turned up when they said they would! Every single tradesperson, from the plasterer to the kitchen installer, was friendly and respectful of our home (and our cats!), taking care to avoid any damage and working considerately around us.

The full installation took around three weeks, which was great considering we have a fairly large kitchen and additional work involved. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
A special mention has to go to Oliver and The Project Company. The trades he arranged were excellent — skilled, polite and professional. Oliver himself was incredibly flexible, especially as we changed our minds more than once (like the British weather!). He was always accommodating, professional and solution-focused. When bad weather disrupted certain trades — for example, cutting long worktops outdoors — he cleverly reorganised the schedule, bringing in the lighting specialist or plumber to keep progress moving. His logistics management was seriously impressive. We were genuinely reassured knowing Preston’s works with The Project Company, and especially having Oliver overseeing everything.

If we were to offer any constructive feedback, it would be around the quotation layout. It would be helpful if the total cost was displayed more prominently, with hardware costs and wet/dry installation costs clearly separated and explained. As people unfamiliar with kitchen installations, some of the terminology was a little confusing at first. That said, Luke and the team were always happy to explain things. A small glossary explaining terms like “dry” and “wet” install would perhaps be a useful addition.

It would also be nice to have slightly more proactive aftercare communication — perhaps a quick follow-up email once installation is nearly complete (we’re currently waiting on a splashback we ordered from another company with its own lead times). In the showroom, it might also help to clearly mark which display items (such as certain splashbacks or under-unit lighting) are not supplied by Preston’s, so customers are aware from the outset that some manual engagement with other suppliers may be required. As newcomers to kitchen projects, we initially felt slightly overwhelmed when we realised we needed to order certain items separately and understand how that fitted into the overall timeline. However, Luke explained everything clearly and Oliver worked closely with us to keep things on track, which made a big difference.
Overall, we had a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. The intro pack was a lovely touch, the team were professional throughout, and the finished kitchen looks fantastic. We would absolutely recommend Preston’s Kitchens to anyone looking for quality, organisation and a truly personal service.

We knew we wanted a German kitchen because I've had them before and their quality is unmatched.

After our first initial showroom visit, Mark sat us down and we discussed designs and styles and after around 7 different options were considered, we settled on our perfect design!

From ordering to delivery and then aftercare has been perfect. We were kept informed at all times, any issues or concerns we had, we received quick responses. I would 100% recommend this company without a shadow of a doubt.

We absolutely adore our new kitchen, and all of our family and friends love it too!

As first time buyers me and my partner were looking at replacing the exciting kitchen. We got a few quotes, one from Wickes and another from a local bespoke interior shop and then Preston’s. We went into the whole process knowing what we wanted and in reality not what we needed! They sent someone out to measure up and after our initial meeting with Mark Parker we were sold, mark came up with several designs which best used our space and asked lots of questions regarding what we wanted from a kitchen to fit our lifestyle - this is something we hadn’t experienced at either of the competitors. After running through the designs we used elements of different designs to build the perfect kitchen for us. Ultimately we came out with twice the size of kitchen for a fraction of the price of our previous quotes from competitors fitted with several Bosch appliances.

When it came to fitting we were well informed of kitchen delivery dates, we arranged this with the dedicated aftercare team Luke Haytack & Katy Shaw who were always available for the smallest of questions. We used our own plasterer, plumber and electrician but chose to go with Preston’s nominated fitters. The fitters were great, in and out within 2 days, trusted to be left inside the property on their own and even noticed a damaged unit and ordered a replacement pending install booked for this month (I still can’t tell which unit is damaged so attention to detail from the fitters!)

Can’t recommend this company enough, made what I can imagine to be a stressful process completely stress free.

Having purchased our own kitchen from Preston’s 5 years ago, and being extremely happy with the quality and service, we had no hesitation in recommending them to our Parents who needed a new kitchen.
The service we received from Mark and his team was excellent. Although the kitchen was small the design had everything my parents wanted and more. The price was also very competitive for such a high-quality product.
Everyone involved in the project, the staff in the showrooms, the Aftercare Team and the Fitters were very professional, and my Parents are thrilled with the end result.

We recently had an issue with our fridge, which I reported to the aftercare team. Charlie handled the case and was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. The issue has now been resolved—a replacement fridge has been ordered. Excellent service!

As soon as I went into their showroom I knew I’d get my kitchen from Prestons The lovely Katie showed us the different options we could have. And Luke was great as well showing us what our new kitchen could look like. He had endless patients with us as well. The aftercare team were great as well.

The showroom has some beautiful kitchens on display and the design team are welcoming and very helpful. In particular Matt worked with us closely and really accepted the design brief. We were never rushed and had a few appointments when Matt would tweak the design until we finally decided on what we wanted. He was inspirational. Huge thanks to Natalie who kept us informed every step of the way.

The kitchen speaks for itself amazing quality but the fitting team were amazing!!! Can’t praise them enough Oliver’s guys were outstanding, professional friendly super super guys would highly recommend 1st class 😊
