I have waited 3 months for a refund for a dress I did not get still waiting DO NOT BUY its disgraceful the number of emails I have sent and still waiting on my refund

Appalling Chinese company. Don't go anywhere near them! Poor quality and won't provide refunds.

SCAM COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS clothes are very poor quality sizes are way out, customer service do not reply to you. Company is based in China NOT UK as you are led to believe DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I would give 0 stars but needed to put 1 to write a review.

I have given 1 star as I had to, however, this company does not deserve any stars. I ordered two dresses, size 20, they were no bigger than an 8! Very poorly made! Please, please, please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Customer service were great until I pointed out the sizing issues & asked for a refund! Radio silence now! I’m going to report them to trading standards as they are a disgrace!

AVOID - ordered a white dress, sent me a cream dress, offered for me to keep the dress with a 10% refund, I said no thank you. They are now ignoring my emails.

NO REFUND/POOR QUALITY/INCORRECT SIZES SENT/ LABELS HAVE BEEN CUT OUT OF CLOTHING!AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!

I have been robbed! The last response on my last review i gave is unacceptable. And its funny how when you email customer services there has been no response now. I'm appalled that customers are being taken advantage of.
The pictures on the website do not reflect the clothing receievd at all.
I'm sure I will get another poor excuse from them on here.
This company should not be able to trade!

I ordered the yellow linsette dress from Instagram in a size 12-14. The garment arrived 2 weeks after I ordered and paid for it, and when I tried it on it seemed closer to an 8 in size, when I checked there was no size label on the garment - only that it was made in china. The website says you have to email to get your refund approved. I have tested, called and emailed numerous times and had zero response. Therefore no refund or exchange. Don’t trust this website or company! Garments are obviously made on the cheap and there is no customer service

Ordered a dress

Poor quality and material itchy.

Been trying to return the said item for weeks.
No one answers emails, fb messages or texts

As per previous reviews- would definitely not recommend. Very slow delivery and response to emails- the dress is of poor quality and have no response in my request to return. Total waste of money. Very disappointed

If I could give zero stars I would.Awful customer service.Garment does not match photo on website-skirt arrived with elastic waistband on website it had covered buttons.The top is different to the website. The material is cheap.They are not selling what they advertise will not provide a refund and do not reply to emails.Total scam.Avoid at all costs.

Was told dress was UK 12/14. But would only fit a 10. No returns label or any paperwork in parcel. Tried emailing twice. 3 weeks later still no reply as to how to return and get refund. Money down the drain. Would not advise anyone to buy from this company.

The response I’ve received to my review below from the company is far from satisfactory. Be aware and never order from this business. Their refund policy is atrocious.

I will never order from this site again. It took 3 weeks for my items to arrive and then delivered to the wrong address. Fortunately the address wasn’t far from my home and I was able to retrieve them. However the quality of the items is poor.

Unsurprisingly when I email requesting a return I am not receiving any reply. Very poor service and poor quality items.

Do not order from this company sizing off with o ne dress said its a UK size 12-14 fitted my daughter who is a size 6,the 2nd dress what can i say nothing like the photo absolutely huge material terrible would probably fit a size18 -20 like a lot of other reviews communication via email terrible they say 30 days return but make it as difficult as they can so u won't send it back and at a cost of £14 and that's if they deem it returnable avoid like the plague I've learnt my lesson .

If I could put zero stars I would, absolute scam of a website, sends you shein stuff at absolutely inflated prices, don't believe the pictures.

Says 30 day refund policy but they do not let you return, ask you pick something else on the website at 40% or something so random, my item was faulty also and I provided pictures and they 'didn't do refunds on faulty items' what? Haha but yes do not buy, I contacted my bank on the sham purchase.

I have never had such a disgraceful experience with a company.

- waiting 2-3 weeks for replies to emails, & constantly having to chase.
- sending return photos off for “quality checks” that don’t ever give you a result to allow you to return
- refusing refunds
- eventual refund payment failing & now I’ve been ghosted.

Poor quality clothes, even poorer quality customer service. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered the Sleeveless Pleated Dress, and it's even more stunning in person! The pleats fall beautifully and create such a flattering silhouette. The fabric has a soft flow and elegant drape, it feels like something you’d find in a boutique. It arrived sooner than expected, neatly packaged with branded tags that added a luxe touch. I had a quick sizing query and the support team was so friendly and responsive. Truly impressed with the whole experience!

I ordered my item on the 23rd July and still haven’t recieved as they’re still ‘preparing shipment’. I’ve tried to contact but had no luck. Do not buy from this company. Seem pretty defensive from other comments as well

Ive been trying to return my item since 27th July - communication is horrendous.
So far they want all this information for 1 simple return:

Brightly captured photos of the item, clearly showing its current condition,
A close-up photo of the label and size tag (if available),
Since this is a sizing issue, a photo of the item laid flat with a tape measure (inch tape) clearly visible across the relevant area. This helps us quickly and fairly verify the sizing difference. 📏✨
It simply doesn’t fit - why I have to justify all the information is beyond me-
Beautiful clothes but customer service has definitely put me off ordering from them again.
Let’s hope it gets sorted soon.

Horrific service, lots of small print, when initially ordered something was made believe returns are easy. Turns out they don't return any sale items, nor exchange, quality of product desperate, zip dodgy, no label on dress when received today, another reason they won't accept it back. Disgraceful company
