I purchased a PrettyCare vacuum fromâŠ
I purchased a PrettyCare vacuum from Walmart. It included a one year warrantee. Neither Walmart or PrettyCare will honor the warrantee. The vacuum stopped working after the first two minutes of use. Donât buy from Walmart. They are committing fraud through false advertising by not honoring an advertised warrantee. The Federal Trade Commission will accept and investigate a fraud complaint.
Worthless with no support!
When things fail, looking for support from this company seems to be a total waste of time. They have you send e-mail but you get no response!
I was given one as a gift because the first owner could not get help. That is what I also find. There are many complaints when folks get and error message of E8 but can't find what that means as there is nobody to ask!

Stopped working about 4 months after I got it. Emailed customer service and they said without an Amazon order number they couldn't help with the problem. Didn't buy it off of Amazon so of course no order number. And apparently the model number would not do. They then wanted me to buy a more expensive vacuum and they would refund me. When asked why they couldn't just send me a new vacuum.. they said because it was unavailable on Amazon to them. It takes them days/weeks to respond to any message. Do not buy from this company. Horrible.
We purchased this light weight cordlessâŠ
We purchased this light weight cordless W200 model vacuum manufactured by Pretty Care and we love with no cons on our list. The floor attachment swivel around corners with a strong wheel bush and plenty of suction even small balls of sock fluff from our carpets. The second speed is also for the tough balls of fluff. My wife has a little arthritis in her hands now but it doesn't bother her to use it.

I really like it at first, but then, after a year and half it was acting up and I realized I had to take it apart to clean it etc...what a nightmare! Couldn't put it back together! Had my handyman, a maintenance guy... finally got it back together BUT NOW IT'S TOTALLY DEAD, even though it's 100% charged. PIECE OF CRAP!

Failure to honour Prettycarelife warranty in UK
I purchased a Prettycarelife cordless vacuum cleaner (19 Nov 2023) with '5 year warranty' (W300) and after nine months (Aug 2024) it developed faults with a stuck on/off switch and also unable to recharge battery. Several email enquiries to the seller 'thetechpro' were ignored. Also the email/website uk@prettycarelife were totally unresponsive too. Do not buy this product as Prettycarelife do not accept liability. Also very disappointed with the totally negative 'thetechpro' online eBay store.

Bought a W200 last January and just took it out of the package and the battery wonât charge. Online troubleshooting is useless and two of there contact numbers are not valid. Nothing Iâve tried works and will never but one of there products again and from what I see on the reviews many people have had similar problems. I am going to ask Amazon why they continue to sell their products.
PrettyCare Vacuums are a SCAM
Got a handheld vacuum from PrettyCare on Amazon after looking at comparisons and reviews there. The vac just stopped turning on after a few months of use so I went to the company website to inquire. It quickly became obvious to me that the reviews on that site are almost all completely fake. When I asked how to fix or exchange my vaccum, the company wanted me to purchase a new vacuum from Amazon for which they insisted they would refund me the cost after purchase. "Shockingly" the original model I purchased is no longer available on Amazon and cannot be reviewed by customers there. I've seen my same story posted by other customers on this forum. It's hard to find scammers that get past Amazon's security checks nowadays, but alas they still exist. I hope you read this and stay away.

I have the 1299 dollar r1 max robot, and it worked great, for the first 3 months. Water started coming out of the back of the base station and I contacted the company to no help, stating they only service people that order products off Amazon. I asked if I could buy the piece that was broken and was told no. The whole company should be shut down. Terrible customer service, and terrible products.
