Good customer service, responded quickly on my answhers. The Ivar panels are very nice!

I ordered legs for my media console with the brackets. I received an email that the items had shipped within the time that Pretty Pegs specified on their website, shipping within 3 days. Then the customs/fed ex chaos began (phone calls, emails) from fed ex letting me know that the package was in customs and I needed to fill out forms for the toxicity of the legs. I hesitated to fill out the form since I didn't really know what was in the package but finally signed off and then a few days later I receive another message from fed ex about a form for the brackets toxicity , at this point I refused to sign and asked for the package to be returned or for Pretty Pegs to fill out the form since they are the ones who packaged and shipped the product. Days later somehow the package arrived, the legs are nice but not worth the shipping time, the calls and emails (fed ex associates were pleasant and helpful).

Dålig returpolicy! Man har bara någon dag på sig att hämta ut sitt paket och gör man inte det så debiteras man 200kr

Fina produkter av hög kvalitet, lätta att montera. Pluspoäng för supersnabb leverans.

Benen kom förvånansvärt snabbt, var otroligt lätta att montera och gjorde att jag behöll min soffa istället för att köpa ny. Så väldigt nöjd!

We ordered what we thought was 5 sets of legs, only to be sent 5 INDIVIDUAL legs! Extremely unimpressed, absolutely not made clear in their product pages.

To add insult to injury we've just received a customs bill for more than double the cost of the legs themselves!

Skickade fel 2 gånger fick vänta jätte länge, vägrar skicka tillbaka pengarna för jag upptäckte felet när jag satt på klistermärken på korten.

My order arrived really quickly, and everything is perfect. The legs are nice with a softer plastic on the bottom to prevent scratching the floor. The universal mount is sturdy and easy to install.
I am very happy I finally did this.

I ordered 14 knobs and paid for them. 2 weeks later I received a note that dpa could not deliver the parcel. I went to the pickup store 2 days ago to get an E M P T Y parcel. It was fu**ing empty. I actually got an empty package. Sent three e-mails since then and did not even get a reply. WTH? The company is either fake or they do not give a s**t about their customers. Very bad. Do not order!

Svårt att reklamera. Enligt kundtjänst är det normalt med sprickor i benen.

I certainly won’t be buying anything from here again because they take their sweet time to deliver (about a week), only accept returns if you notify them within a 14 day period (shockingly short compared to most online merchants I’ve shopped with), was very quick to deny my request to return (30 minutes) despite I have told them the items are unused and it is almost an exchange (because I did like their products and will buy what’s suitable this time).

Wherever this company’s focus is, it’s not about making its customers happy. I haven’t even mentioned the ridiculous process of making a return.

Griffe für einen Schrank bestellt. Man denkt sie werden nach Hause geliefert, aber laut Kleingedrucktem werden sie zu einer DPD Filiale in der Nähe geliefert. Der DPD Shop liegt eine Stunde entfernt, obwohl es zahlreiche in der Nähe gibt. Kundenservice totale Katastrophe, bekommt nur Antworten wie "sie haben meinen Einfluss darauf". Wenn man es nicht innerhalb einer Woche abholt muss man noch mal Strafgebühren zahlen. Nie wieder!!

Jättebra Kundtjänst. Fick bra hjälp med mitt problem. Tycker att returerna är krångliga men då fick jag bra hjälp.

Super long delivery times + you just pay duty if ordering from Canada. Not worth ordering if you’re living outside of EU. You can find similarly and more reasonably priced items on Etsy that will not charge duty fees

Ich kann nur stark abraten. Zahle eine Lieferung zu mir nach Hause. Das Paket kommt nach 1 Monat nicht an. Ich schreibe ihnen. Sie sagen mir, dass ich das Paket nicht in Empfang genommen habe (obwohl ich an dem Tag zuhause war) und deswegen wurde es wieder zurück geschickt. Eine E-Mail, Anruf oder etwas Ähnliches habe ich natürlich nicht erhalten. Ich bitte, dass sie es mir erneut zustellen. Sie wollen nun 17,00 EUR für eine Zustellung. Sie schicken es mir zu. Dann bekomme ich 2 Tage späte eine Mail, dass sie jetzt keine Hauszustellungen mehr machen und ich mir mein Paket jetzt bei einer DPD Stelle abholen muss. Dafür wird der Lieferpreis um 0,70 EUR gesenkt. Danke Prettypegs!
Ach ja, obwohl die Webseite auf deutsch ist gibt es dort keinen Kundenservice auf deutsch.
