It was good however, the package was just left on the doorstep and was lucky to have not been stolen. There was no message or track your parcel id to let me know when it was arriving causing it to be left on the doorstep

Items were to small so requested info to return products.No customer service been almost 2 weeks and no contact has been made by company to resolve issue

Absolutely shocking paid for shoes didn’t turn up emailed them numerous times with no response at all
So I’ve lost 25.00 for nothing

I ordered a pair of trainers 3 weeks ago and they never arrived. I have emailed prevalent numerous times and had no reply at all.
So I’ve paid 23.00 for an item I don’t have and they have ignored my emails
Terrible customer service!!!!

I got the oversized bamboo cardigan in pink & I love it. I was slightly sceptical as it was one size, but I was really pleasant surprised. It fits so well. It’s super comfy and perfect for working from home. It was packaged really well and it was really fast postage.

I got the black fur boots from here and they are amazing! They are really comfy and the fur on the inside makes them so cosy. They’re great quality especially for the price. Love this brand, really gorgeous products for such affordable prices! Also really good customer service and communication. Delivery was super quick. Definitely recommended Prevalent Clothing :) x
