Just received my second purchase this morning and I'm over the moon with both items. I don't know why I'd never heard about Preworn ltd before, having initially found them on eBay last week. I'll be telling all my friends and I'll not buy new again. The pricing is amazing, free and prompt delivery and the quality of clothes is excellent. I really like the precise information given for every item with so much detail on dimensions and fabric type etc and huge range of brands. One thing for sure - I'll be back for more!

Does anyone actually work here?!

Have been emailing them since December to get a simple invoice from them due to our purchase being made through the company. Confusingly the email address they sent the order confirmation is different to the one on their website. Either way, I've sent x7 emails and absolutely nothing. Embarrassing really. Very conveniently don't have a contact number either so they can dodge your emails. Will avoid this place like the plague going forward. Thanks for nothing Preworn.

Absolutely amazing the item descriptions are on point and fairly priced

Arrived promptly but I was very disappointed as the item was a cardigan not a jumper as advertised. This was also not clear from the photo. I didn’t want the hassle of returning it

On Saturday 30th December 2023, I came across the company Preworn for the first time. Having browsed the products available and subsequently identifying things of interest, I sent an email to the Preworn sales address asking if customers have to pay to return an item. On Tuesday 2nd January 2024, I received a reply from “colleague A” at Preworn saying, and I quote 'I can guide you through the process of posting it back to us at no cost to you'. With this information, I proceeded to place an order on Friday 12th January 2024. When it arrived, I tried everything on and decided to keep 1 pair of trousers because 2 other items were faulty and the other items did not fit me. I therefore recontacted Preworn to inform them of the faulty items and that I would like guidance on how to return everything from my order that I did not want. “Colleague A” responded to me asking for images of the faulty items and reiterated that returning the items would be of no cost to me. On Friday 19th January 2024, I received confirmation from “colleague B” saying I will be refunded the price of the faulty items and that I do not need to return them. There were no instructions on how I should return the items I did not want, therefore I sent another email asking for this information. “Colleague C” from Preworn gave me the address I need to return the items to but did not mention anything about the buyer paying, therefore I assumed I may get another email with a pre-paid return label due to previously being told that I can return items at no cost to me. When I did not hear from Preworn for a couple of days, I sent another email and was told by “colleague D” that I had to 'return the items that do not fit' to Preworn's address and that 'they do not pay for return postage on these items'. When I tried to explain that I had been told by other colleagues I can return things at no cost to me and therefore I wanted to raise a complaint and/or speak to someone from the senior management team, “colleague D’s” reply completely ignored the fact that I asked how to formally raise a complaint/speak with management and they just reiterated that I had to pay for returning the items.
Not only have I been misinformed by 2 members of staff at Preworn about returning items, but my request to raise a complaint was also ignored. Had I of known that the buyer has to pay for returning items, I would have never placed an order in the first place. I personally think it is ironic that Preworn is all about encouraging people to be sustainable and recycling/reusing unwanted items for less money, yet there is a return cost that is 1) not explained fully in the policy and 2) is dependent on the amount people want to return, because the heavier something weighs, the more expensive it becomes to send in the post. How are people going to know whether something fits them or not? Especially if you are like me and have an awkward figure to find outfits for. I was trying to do my bit for the planet and unfortunately Preworn has made my experience of it negative, reducing the chance of me trying to do good in the future and making me likely to tell people to avoid using Preworn.

This company is making sustainable fashion easier. Not only are the clothes cheap, but good in quality. The shipping cost isn't too expensive and it's like a day out thrifting except online from your own bed.

I love using preworn, it's great website for finding good quality branded 2nd hand clothes for me and my family. I love looking fashionable at fraction of the price and also be environment considerate at the same time. I found so many great pieces on preworn! Preworn is like a treasure hunt for goodies and fashionable bargains!

Excellent value! The items are so reasonably priced and great quality from reputable brands. They have 1000s of items to choose from in my size aswell, would definitely order again!
