We visited the new branch on Wigmore street and we loved the products especially the cheese and meat on offer. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Vasilis and his colleagues offered great advice on the products and tried to help us in the best possible way. We are returning 100%

Bad experience. You pay extra for a 4/5 day delivery (with fresh products), you pay a lot because you need them but they wait for a week before sending the products. You still wait for an answer from customer service. I’ve never been so disappointed from any customer service in the whole world. Beware.

I purchased salami and burrata and other things from this company and they were both out of date, I didn’t notice on either and put the burrata in my mouth and had to spit it out as it was disgusting, like acid. Also, I purchased a sweet covered in icing and they sent it to me covered in chocolate which is not the traditional version and also overall even the pastry didn’t taste like the sweet at all. At least they gave me a refund for the expired salami and burrata quickly but not the sweets. Will never use this company again and do not recommend.

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered my salami and Tre Marie Panettone on 15th Dec. Goods arrived at 8pm via DHL on 21st Dec. However the Tre Marie Panettone of 750g has been substituted with Fiasoncaro 500g (Never even heard of the company) without my consent. Furthermore the Salami which I paid full price £12 for 250g with expiry date on 23 Dec 2024. When I tried to contact them they told me to call Battersea branch which was engaged all the time for I have set my phone as auto redial on Sun (they open on Sun) and Mon. Can you imagine the other 4 branches of this company can get through with ease except Battersea branch. This is a Conned Company never ever support or buy anything from them
