This was our first time using PR Fire and Hannah made the experience extremely smooth form writing the actual release to distribution.
All in all an excellent service and we are already planning new press releases with them.

"I hired PR Fire for an international launch involving high-profile projects . Despite their claims, the 'distribution' resulted in only 2 automated, low-authority links that are completely irrelevant to the film industry. They use the lack of results to aggressively upsell expensive 'guaranteed placements.' If you are a serious professional or an actor, stay away. This is just an automated mailing list with zero PR power. Huge disappointment and a waste of money."They're stealing your money, don't trust them.They don't respond to emails; in fact, when I send them, they bounce them back. They're unprofessional. They deceive people with misleading advertising.

Hannah has been excellent to deal with for our PR campaign, with nothing being too much trouble and ensuring we get full exposure from it.

We urgently needed guaranteed placements in top-tier media on a very tight budget and an almost impossible deadline, PR Fire literally saved us!

We’d tried a couple of similar services before, but the bar was never anywhere near as high as it is with PR Fire.

We secured publications on AP News, MSN, and a press-release distribution. Everything went live.

There were minor delays, but the team instantly compensated with extra bonus publications at no additional cost and without any fuss.

What impressed me most was the communication. Hannah was with us every step of the way: regular updates, detailed and fully transparent explanations of what was happening and when. Everything felt completely under control. I didn’t feel a single moment of stress, which is incredibly rare with press-release campaigns!

If you need publications that actually happen, on time, on budget, and without drama — go straight to PR Fire and ask for Hannah. I haven’t found anything better, and I don’t plan to look further.

One small wish for the future (and I’m sure it’s just a matter of time): it would be great to see even more international outlets from different countries in the packages. But even without that, the service is already head and shoulders above the rest.

Unfortunately, my experience with PR Fire has been deeply disappointing due to a lack of attention to detail and poor communication from their team.

We paid £1,500 to publish a press release on a high-profile site. Before publication, I asked to review the final version, but the team never provided it for approval. As a result, the press release was published with an error in our hyperlink — a critical issue from an SEO standpoint.

When I reached out to correct the mistake, the manager, Hannah, initially said that nothing could be done because the press release had already gone live. After I requested a refund, she claimed the error could be fixed. I had to explain the issue multiple times, even providing screenshots and detailed instructions. Despite this, the fix was never made. When I followed up, I was told the error was “not significant.” It was clear that they either did not understand or chose to ignore the importance of the issue.

To make matters worse, I’ve worked with them in the past, and each manager would respond differently to the same types of requests. This inconsistency shows a lack of coordination and professionalism across the company.

In short, PR Fire had the chance to build a lasting business relationship with us — and they failed. We do not accept a post with an error that they refuse to fix, and we certainly don’t accept the level of service received in exchange for £1,500.

I have been a regular customer of PR Fire over the last year and I can honestly say, the service is second to none. The team are always on hand to help with any queries. I have used the distribution service and ordered the guaranteed distribution when necessary and been more than happy with results. I understand not all news is guaranteed to be picked up by journalists but the price reflects this. I have spent thousand of pounds with expensive PR agencies in the past and had press releases flop. It really does depend on the subject, content and how topical it is at the time. I would never partner with a PR agency again as the PR Fire team bring all the expertise without the expensive overheads.

They are scammers!!! Their standard distribution services include press release distribution, guaranteed syndication to top wire services, and Google News syndication. However, after payment I received nothing. They sent a list of media outlets without any links to press releases and claimed they could not guarantee results and had nothing to report. There is no guaranteed syndication either!!! Don't use their service, WASTE OF MONEY!
