The company is thief, they sold me a defective tablet that refuse to boot and pass the Samsung welcome screen.

Upon returning they told me they never received the package and refuse to refund me back my money.

I have proof of receipt from my post office showing the package was ship to the correct return location and Tracking number shows delivery. I called them and they told me I never use the label amazon had sent me which a big lie. I printed the label and use the correct instruction and attached to the package.

So am now without the tablet and they do not want to refund back my money. Don't waste money buying from them. Most of these Amazon seller purchase reviews and the reviewers would lie that products are good, when they are not.. Such an unfair set of people. God is watching. Thieves.

I only ordered with them because they offered 2-Day shipping and I had a time sensitive order. So I order. The next day I get a shipping email. It says they sent it USPS First Class. Not 2-Day.

So I email them back immediately. No response. So the next day I call. No one answers their "customer service" line. So I call their "sales" line, finally someone answers. Funny, I guess when it's time for sales people are suddenly available. I talk to a lady who says they'll look into it.

Hours later I finally get a response that their system messed up. Apparently because I had a number in the second line of my address, their system assumed it should be sent it to a PO Box and changed the order to use the wrong shipping service, at the wrong speed, to the wrong address. And since they sent it USPS there's no way to stop the shipment and resend it. So I won't get it until the next week.

For all this they offer a $10 credit off a future order. I don't want money from them. I just want my order-- it's an ereader and I have a medical procedure I have to go through this weekend and will only be able to use one hand and I just wanted to be able to read to distract myself. They say the only thing I can do is pay them more money to order a second one and then maybe they'll get it to me on time. He says they used to send out replacement orders but now they don't because some people were dishonest.

IMO they're the dishonest ones here.

Price Whack carried the item I was looking for at about $50 than other stores, including Amazon. Item was shipped quickly and arrived in 2 days, with free shipping. Item is brand new in unopened box, exactly as promised.
I was a bit reluctant at first to deal with them but after reading the reviews online I got confidence and I was not disappointed.
I strongly recommend Price Whack.

Would give 0 stars. Ordered the new bissell crosswave pet pro and it was under the cordless category. Paid $399 for a base model pet pro with cord.anf they refuse to exchange or refund without charging a 20% stocking fee. Save money and trouble and don't buy from these scammers

Quick and fast shipping. Better than expected service.

Received my order quickly and for cheaper than I could find anywhere else. It's a gift so it has not been opened yet but appears to be brand new unopened package.

I have only used my touch-free thermometer a couple of times, but so far very happy with my purchase. Quick delivery, too!

Nice little hand sanitizers to carry with you..a little pricey tho. These are difficult times.
