Great service.
Friendly staff, welcoming and the audiologist explained the full hearing test, results and his recommendations to improve my hearing. There was no pressure selling and the decision on how to improve my hearing going forward were mine.
Having had my first hearing test with one of the day to day recognised names (who were only interested in selling their hearing aids) this experience with Pride Hearing far exceeded my expectations. I would and will recommend Pride Hearing to colleagues and friends if they ever need any treatment relating to their hearing. Thank you Thomas and Lisa.

Becky really looked after my 11 year old and was patient, kind and explained things perfectly. The experience was fantastic and we would highly recommend pride hearing for children. My son had a terrible experience with paediatric ENT, so to have such a positive experience at Pride hearing was wonderful. Thank you Becky 😊

Quick, painless and instant relief!
Suzanne conducted my appointment today and explained everything step by step and took everything nice and steady. Constant reaffirmation that if felt uncomfortable that would stop until felt ready to go again. Was recommended and can see why. Flawless service.

Pride Hearing resolved my Hearing issues
Suspected my hearing had been damaged after spending 26 odd years working in a noisy workplace. Add in rock concerts and motorcycling then job done. Went along to pride hearing who tested my hearing and found i needed hearing aids. They programmed a set for test reasons and fitted same day. Job done i could hear perfect again. Hearing aids arrived a few days later and were fitted and tested. More than happy. Service is 10 out of 10. I am one happy customer and recommend Pride Hearing to anyone. I give my thanks for perfect attention from staff employees. Lisa and Shamaal..

Robbie came to my home and carried out all tests and fitting efficiently and in a friendly manner. He recommended a hearing aid for me that fits my requirements and doesn't break the bank.

Nice staff and clean facilities
Came to Pride Hearing due to wax buildup.
Equipment was clean. Becky was really nice, she explained everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout.
She made sure my ear was cleaned safely and thoroughly.
Would recommend and revisit!

Very professional and friendly staff
Very professional and friendly staff. My first visit today and Suzanne explained everything to me in detail. I actually only needed ear wax removing from one ear in the end. Would highly recommend.
