I am delighted with my amethyst and rose quartz tree. It's just beautiful. It arrived very carefully packed. The tree is a joy to behold, I'm very happy with it.

Communication was good, presentation good which goes a long way. Thank you for the beautiful product

Top seller . Great quality product at a great price . Product arrived safe and sound and in perfect condition

I placed my first order with Primal Chakra a couple of days ago and I’m really pleased with my orgone pyramids they look beautiful and I even got a free light with them so thank you. I will definitely be ordering more crystals from you again soon and they came very well packaged as well. The only thing I’d like to see is more shipping options like Royal Mail for example as Evri are sometimes not very good.

Great service fast to post very good prices. I have personally purchased from online site several times and not had any problems. If you did the personal here are very helpful. And would sort it.will purchase from again thank you

First time using but will definitely buy from here again, everything from beautiful products, great service, fast delivery to packaged beautifully with care and time. Thank you!

Beautiful quality products, very well priced, delivered promptly and beautifully wrapped, lovely company

I was stuck what to buy a colleague who is very spiritual.
Then I came across Primal Chakra, we ordered a necklace and an Orgone pyramid. Both arrived at the same time, the pyramid was very carefully wrapped in a cardboard packaging and the necklace in a little jewellery box.
I'm sure she'll love them.

Primal Chakra went above and beyond to ensure I received the beautiful pendant I ordered for Xmas . Evri failed to deliver it and stopped responding to my e-mails and when I reached out to Kristie she responded by sending a replacement at no extra cost to me and by a different postal service. Thank you so much Kristie and Primal Chakra .

The actual item is lovely. Unfortunately it was delivered by Evri. Although the parcel was clearly marked as fragile, the delivery person had thrown it in very a 6’ fence onto a concrete path. One of the gems is chipped which is disappointing. I think the set is lovely but not sure I will use it as the intended present

Great selection of crystals and beautiful designs quick delivery and great customer services.

Highly recommended 👌
