Primal Chakra レビュー

Prompt dispatch and good communication.
Thankyou

Lovely items, really well packaged. Quick postage and excellent customer service when I couldn't find my order details. They have so many beautiful items I will definetly be treating myself from them again

The crystal that I received looked nothing like the one on your website. I understand that they will be different but the size is alot smaller and there are alot of cracks in it.

I absolutely love my crystal tree thank you so much! Thank you for the free necklace too it’s so thoughtful!

Fast communicative service & great product

Excellent customer service, responded very quickly.
A great help.

Very easy to order, great communication and order arrived in time. The necklace was lovely and was the perfect gift for my sons girlfriend. Thank you

I have ordered many things from them and I’m so happy with service and the products that for sure i will shop more from them!

Bought 3 pieces for Christmas. One of the necklaces had a gold coloured chain, which was very dark and cheap looking which went over the stone so ruined that as well. I “reached out” on the “chat now” because I wanted to return/replace the item and waited and waited and waited. I’m still waiting, no contact by this “company” I’m really disappointed and out of pocket, luckily they sent a review email - so I’ve used it to warn others, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered two items for my husband, for Christmas. While he's not seen them yet, I've had a cheeky look and both pieces are so well made and tasteful, I really think he will love them. Thank you. So beautifully packaged as well. Will definitely be ordering again.

Excellent quality my friend liked mine so much I ordered her one.

Excellent service, really helpful when my parcel didn't arrive when shown. Responded straight away after taking the trouble to check with Evri for me. Really polite and friendly emails too. Highly recommended!

lovely product and well received but no information as to the powers of the crystals? I copied it off the website for my friend (it was a present). It would be nice to add to the presentation with information. apologies if this was an option but I failed to spot it when I ordered!

Good selection of choice, good discount although didn’t notice the offer on my first order but used it on my second order straight afterwards. Bought family and friends gifts for Christmas so hopefully they will like them too.

I bought this for a gift and am pleased with the purchase, just what I was looking for. I also bought the LED base but unfortunately cannot make this work.

Great customer service.
I bought some chakra stones as a gift, they arrived promptly. Owner was also quick to contact me as I had missed apart of my adress when ordering. They also added a small gift with my order. Definitely recommend and will be purchasing more items from this shop again!

Beautifully done x so happy with it

Beautiful craft work. I ordered a crystal tree and two pyramids. You can see the love and care that went into creating these. Packaged extremely well, again with care, and arrived promptly. Very pleased, thank you :)

very good fast delivery, well packaged, beautiful object, will use again definitely
only one thing as this was a gift the instructions online were not sent with the product
