I’m quite new to crystals and searched the internet for a while until I came across Primal Chakra website. I’m so glad I found it, I received my tree of life today after only ordering this week and I’m really pleased with it!

Communicative, helpful, fast delivery and beautiful products. Will definitely use again! X

Quick and efficient in dispatching goods.

Beautifully made, I was concerned at first when unpacking but trusted the process. After separating the branches it looked lovely, a true work of art.

Customer service email or info doesn’t exist, mobile doesn’t take messages. Product is perfect but box was damaged. Just wanted to suggest more care when packing as some clients will return items costing in future
