Es un local caótico donde salta a la vista la falta de personal, no hay manera de preguntar a alguien de manera rápida, las colas muy largas, no me ha gustado nada. Al final dejé las cosas que me interesaban y me marché sin comprar nada. No repito

Went to the Trafford centre store this evening and the staff were appalling
My wife asked 2 different members of staff if they stocked a particular item of clothing both said no and acted like they couldn’t care less
We found the item after spending 20 minutes looking
Then had to queue for ages cos only half the tills were open

The worst experience in Hamburg. The staff at this store don't speak English and treat people like thieves. Not even the manager or supervisor can string two words of English together. Terrible service.

Fui el otro día con mi hermana a dar una vuelta por la tienda y cuando íbamos a salir, nos gritó un segurata diciendo q me sacará del bolsillo lo q me había metido(spoiler: me metí el móvil q es lo único q cabía en el bolsillo de la chaqueta), insistía un montón con que me sacará del bolsillo lo q había metido, saqué el movil y las llaves de mi casa, saqué asta los bolsillos para q viera q no había nada. Que Vergüenza tratar así a un cliente que viene siempre, exponerla de mentirosa ante toda la gente de la tienda montando un show, encima cuando vieron que el de cámaras se había equivocado y q yo no había robado, nos dijieron q ya podíamos irnos, ni una disculpas ni nada después de hacer pasar vergüenza llamándome ladrona. El de cámaras había que despedirle y a los seguratas lo hicieron fatal, desde un principio que me hubieran llevado al cuarto no hacerme pasar esa verguenza a mi y a mi hermana.

Je suis allée ce matin pour la première et dernière fois au primark de Mondeville2 l'agent de sécurité aux lunettes de soleil(la blague, juste pour faire cow-boy à l'entrée me réclame le ticket sans répondre au bonjour ni de formule de politesse formation à revoir c'est affligeant pour l'entreprise de sécurité qui les recrute ca renvoie une image désastreuse de leur agent

I’m happy with most of Primark’s products except their phone chargers which last less than a month. Sometimes cheap possibly doesn’t mean that the product is reliable or good quality. The charger disconnects if I even move my phone or plug it in.

Just read they will shut all its stores across UK. Then found out it's only closing for 24 hours for Easter Sunday. I was excited for a second. I hate primark. Reminds me of a jumble sale or carboot sale. Clothes are draft excluders. Also can't stand Rita skank Ora. No role model.

Spent half of my lunch break in Drogheda choosing some items to purchase.
Could not wait in Q as it was so long. Too many self service and not enough tellers.
Have had to stop shopping in penneys during the week for this reason

Lors de mon passage en caisse en physique au Primark de Nantes, la caissière m a indiqué que normalement j' aurais dû utiliser les caisses automatiques parce que je reglai en carte bancaire et qu elle n' avait pas le droit donc de m encaisser. Je trouve cela juste inadmissible de nous imposer ces caisses automatiques. Je suis totalement contre, un jour il n' y aura plus de travail pour l humain à force d obéir à tout et n'importe quoi.

I bought this last week and have had the worst experience of my life. My face and neck turned red and burned. Stupidly, I gave it another try the next day because I wasn't sure the issue was this, and guess what? Again, the same problem. Because my skin was already sensitive, it has been 3 days now, and I still have my face red in some areas, and it is very itchy. Be careful….

Miro la existencia de un artículo que queriamos en la tienda gran via Bilbao. Me pone que hay. Vamos desde Vitoria...al llegar no ha llegado ese articulo a tienda.
Me pongo en contacto con ellos.
Me responden que llame antes a tienda. La tienda de Bilbo tiene un tlf de Vitoria, empieza por 945...
Incompetentes es quedarme muy corta. Vuelvo a ponerme en contacto con ellos y me dicen que mire el stock de tienda ( que ahora mismo ni funciona) o llame a ese tlf. Tlf que no corresponde a esa tienda. Ni saben si llegará el articulo, ni cuando ni donde.
He encontrado algo parecido en otra tienda algo más caro pero me lo ahorro en dar vueltas
Ah, no era ropa. No compro ropa porque me parece la peor calidad que puedas comprar. Hasta los calcetines para estar en casa iban soltando bolitas por todos los sitios recién comprados con una sola lavada. A mí no me merece la pena esta tienda.
Prefiero menos es más y mejor

Purchased a pair of boots end of September. Not worn til Nov & complete sole has cracked. Took them back to Primark Belfast city centre. Didn't have receipt but showed bank statement which manager didn't even bother to look at. She offered me £3 refund for boots I had paid £20. She said I wasn't entitled to full refund as didn't have receipt. I brought boots back home as wouldn't accept £3 for them. I'm not a happy customer at all. Definitely won't be buying footwear from them again if this is way they go after 2 months wear.

Negozio progettato per avere la peggiore esperienza cliente del mondo. A Chieti, poco personale, quel poco che c'è è maleducato e menefreghista, salvo rare eccezioni. Spostano le casse, dopo una lunga fila scopri che se vuoi pagare con carta hai atteso inutilmente e devi cambiare fila. Quando arrivi a pagare hai un ambiente claustrofobico e sei assistito forzatamente da gente scocciata che non ha nessuna voglia di ascoltare il tuo feedback. Sono costretto ad andarci per via di mia moglie, ogni volta se ne inventano una nuova per farti incazzare. Super pessimo

Buongiorno ho comprato due paia di scarpe da Primark se riesco allego foto ,nero e camoscio le prime alla seconda uscita spaccate sotto ,buttate e detto nulla ,metto le stesse altro colore prima uscita e mi girano le scatole ,qualità zero provo a chiamare e nulla nessuno mi dà notizie!

Très belles collections 2025 pour l automne et l hiver. J ai adoré la collection de Noël mais uniquement en images sur le site car nous n avons pas la possibilité de commander. Si je veux me rendre dans les magasins les plus proches il le faut entre 50 minutes et plus d une heure de route car pas de magasins dans l Aisne. C est bien dommage. Après il y a Vinted. Mais c est une honteux car les articles sont revendus le double voire le triple de leur valeur. Les vendeuses jouent sur le fait qu'il n y a pas des magasins dans toutes les régions et les ruptures de stock.
J espère que Primark revisera sa politique de ventes uniquement en magasins et finira par vendre sur internet. Je croise les doigts.

Nos han estafado, y no solo eso, también nos han mentido y no nos han mentido una vez sino más de una vez. 😡

My Daughter and I bought a box of Knickers each. Same Boxes, same size different Colours (4 pairs per box). Her ones are so obviously bigger than mine and sized correctly. Mine are too small. A return Taxi to take them back would not be cost effective. Disappointed
