Primark do UBBO. Não concordo com a entrada de cães no interior, sobretudo por motivos de higiene. Cães com trela a tocar nas roupas penduradas nos expositores?!!!

I went to Bluewaters Shopping Centre, Primark today. We love shopping there as the clothes and homeware are just so good.

However, the staff are so few on the tills, even when both queues are out the door. We noticed floating staff doing something just not on the tills. Only 3 then 2 were on each side that contains at least 8 tills. This is not good business sense. Then one assistant had to put stuff away so left her till!

What is going on? Do you want customers to buy things or not? What happened to customers are right? Please fill your tills when queues are long. You always used to be more respectful. What happened? It’s about priorities and customer service should be at the top. Really disappointed Primark.

Store was tidy - despite sale items being thrown everywhere. Staff always friendly.
I had a query with a double scanned item. It was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Plus I found some bargains to buy.

I have no problem with Primark, yes it’s busy, that’s expected. However I have noticed the length of the trousers. They are SUPER long. I’m lucky if I manage to find a pair in my size that aren’t super long these days.

Had a great day shopping until I got to primark which put me off christmas shopping altogether I manage to find gifts for all the family which was fine went to checkout and here we go gave my items over, packed the items in my bag, payed with my card just about to walk away and she said wait you underpaid, she said can you give me the items back so I gave her the items back this was gifts for 6 people so she scanned them again I packed them again and still said yes eh can someone call the manager the manager came while looking at the till he asked can you give me the items back a said your kidding me on here so I gave items back scanned the items again I asked what is the problem apparently a women was at the till before me brought a jacket in to get refunded but didn't bring in a receipt and asked to go and get it right the girl at the till did not clear the till so when i got there the sum of the woman jacket was getting took of my bill and then asked me to unpack my items again and told them forget it give refund my money back so no gifts for my family money refunded to my bank account I will never step foot in primark again as long as I live.

La cajera de la tienda del centro comercial UBBO Lisboa fue muy grosera y arrogante. Es la primera vez que voy a esta tienda en Portugal y será la última, es inaceptable tratar así a un cliente.

E de lamentar que uma empresa que no seu site se diz defender trabalho e salários dignos , tenha que o cliente efetuar os pagamentos com leitor de código de barras e pagar com MB. Onde está a dignidade ? Não e suficiente o lucro que conseguem ?! Basta ver onde e produzido todo o stock ?! Quando e que lucro e demais ?! Espero que os governos tomem atitudes . Continuem todos nisto e qualquer dia não há consumidores . Estão todos no desemprego

Fiquei impactada com a variedade de produtos. Visitei a loja para comprar o enxoval do meu netinho e acabei comprando roupas e calçado pra mim. Outra coisa que me tornou fã da Primark, foi o custo benefício, ótima qualidade pelo um bom preço. Valeu muito ter conhecido a Primark, já fiz várias compras lá. Outra coisa, sempre tem promoção.

I’m a very regular Primark shopper because their prices are unbeatable - I never shop online for clothes shoes bags jewlry etc. yesterday I bought a lovely pair of wide leg pullon denims for £18 and they stylish and comfy the cashier was very friendly and we chatted so I left the store in Westfield White City London feeling very pleased after the experience👍👍👍

I went there just before Christmas to do Christmas shopping went to get some clothes for boys and is all other L or 2 xl there nothing for bigger people and it all got expensive i bought only £17.50 on 2 items

3 weeks ago I made a complaint about not being able to use a e voucher in-store & after many emails back and forth & with one question per email , today customer services have asked me to send a photo of the reverse side of an e voucher ......who trains these people , 3 weeks of emails back and forth & numerous emails that's stated from email.number one that the e voucher would not scan instore (woman didn't try to scan just told me flat out they don't work your the second person today to use them ) so yeah , train your staff to read before they respond with absolute stupidity

Roupa divertida e de qualidade sobretudo para os miúdos adoro compro sempre na primark

No passado dia 04/06 a minha filha comprou uma peça que estava mal etiquetada e com cabide trocado na loja do Dolce Vita Tejo. Dia 05/06 foi lá para trocar, convencida que estava a trazer o número correcto, voltou a trazer uma peça com o número mal etiquetado e cabide trocado 12 números acima, julgava estar a trazer um 36 veio com um 48. No dia a seguir, 06/06/2016, fui lá para trocara a peça, não existiu qualquer controlo à entrada de loja e mandaram ir trocar a peça directamente no expositor, que era a maior das confusões com cabides e peças trocadas e mal etiquetadas. No apoio ao cliente confirmaram que de facto estava tudo trocado mas não podiam fazer a troca da peça porque lhe faltava a etiqueta interior. Nunca, quando compramos roupa, cortamos as etiquetas antes da lavagem, pois pode existir algum erro. O que me leva a concluir que por a loja não efectuar controlo efectivo na entrada qualquer pessoa pode levar uma peça usada e efectuar a troca dentro da loja, as pessoas que nada têm a ver com isto acabam por ser penalizadas. Como complemento só mesmo a arrogância e prepotência dos colaboradores para fazerem com que diga que esta cadeia está ao nível das cadeias chinesas online, sendo que estas são mais baratas, não sendo fiáveis quer na qualidade quer no apoio ao cliente. A Primark é igual. Recomendo a todos que leiam isto que pensem bem antes de ir a uma loja destas. E se forem atençaõ as etiquetas estampadas, as cozidas e as em cartão, já para não falar no cabide, um verdadeiro aproveitamento de mau gosto e indutor de erros ao consumidor. Atenção, acima de tudo, à Saúde Pública e Higiene, pois pelos vistos é coisa que não tem controlo.
