Great experience with ordering online…
Great experience with ordering online and quick shipment of product. Very happy with packaging of items as well. I highly recommend Prima Vini Wine!
When it came to the FedEx delivery, that's another story. Not so great. They emailed and texted me a delivery date and notification that an ID and signature is required, so I sat home all day and night waiting; they never came. Two days later the delivery came.

Your service was exceptional
Your service was exceptional, however FedEx delivery was terrible. For 3 days I received messages from FedEx to expect delivery. As signature was required, we stayed home for 3 days. My neighbor who belongs to a wine club has the same experience with FedEx.
