Une belle arnaque! Se présente comme étant un site suisse avec des produits de qualité, mais au final les produits sont faits en Chine et expédiés depuis la Chine! Sauf qu'ils vendent le produit 3x plus cher que sur les plateformes pas cher chinoises!!! Moi qui voulais justement éviter tout ça, j'ai eu une TRES mauvaise surprise!

Add me to the list of people who wish they had checked here before buying from Primdog.

Received a faulty collar. Sent an email to the company,which said it would look into and revert. Nothing since and the contact phone number is pointless.

Like many others, I thought I was ordering from a UK website and was quite surprised to find it wasn’t. But that’s my error for not doing my research properly.

It took a while for my item to arrive but now it has, I’m pleased with the quality of it.

Adverteren met de helft van de productprijs alsof het kwaliteitsproducten zijn, maar het is gewoon goedkope rommel uit China.

Tot op heden (3 april) nog geen reeds betaalde bestelling gezien. Blijkt een Pools bedrijf.

Ik moet perse een ster aanklikken. Kan niet verder zonder dat te doen. Na 12 dagen heel en weer mailen krijg ik nog steeds geen duidelijk antwoord wanneer er iets geleverd gaat worden. Elke keer heeft men een ander vaag antwoord. Voel me duidelijk aan het lijntje gehouden. Ik heb echt een onderbuik gevoel dat ik opgelicht ben.

Lousy company profess to be UK based but they aren’t. No response to emails and no delivery - avoid at all costs . Update - goods arrived and not fit for purpose. Supposed to be airtight food containers but the lids don’t fit the warped bases. Can return to Poland so cost more than the value of the very poor quality goods.

Terrible company. Website gives impression of being uk based when not. A case of “I should have checked trustpilot before buying!”
Tracking laughable - just showed was in China, then no further info until the package arrived two weeks after ordering. Product (dog sunglasses for a photosensitive dog) of terrible quality with very poor light reduction.
The single worst product and worst company I have ever ordered from. Lesson learned.

2 weeks since I placed my order and I haven't received my order. Each time I contact them, they apologise and say there is sometimes a delay on shipment and it's on its way. I've just requested a refund asap. I would give it zero stars, but there is no option to. Wish I had read reviews first....

Am still waiting for delivery.
Web site says 3 to 10 days shipping time which is long to start. Now 12 days and no response to email enquiry about delivery, only a reply containing the original order.
Wish I had not used this drop supplier.

Ordered barking device and calming collars a week ago. They have taken my money but i have heard nothing from them at all. Not even an email to confirm my order. Poor service.

Ordered off there website with efficient time before our holiday with our cat. Days later the order is still “processing” so I emailed and asked to cancel as no longer needed as won’t be here in time. Terrible customer service, no help and would not cancel even though it isn’t in transit ( lied and said it is, didn’t send tracking till days after ) delivery also takes 10+ days once shipped. Probably because its drop shipped as tracking states it’s in yanwen, would never have ordered if known. Now have to wait weeks to receive an item to pay more money to send it back to them.

I had ordered a dog collar weeks ago & money was taken straight away. Must have emailed this company 20 or more times & was receiving details that my parcel was in transit. Contacted them by email many times receiving the same excuses. Then yesterday received another email explaining another delivery company had supposedly left my parcel in my " supposed " safe place. Which was never discussed. I line in apartments & it was left under the outside bins ( allegedly. Which has full public access & is in fact a good way from the entrance to my building. Not only have I received no help. Just more excuses. Even asking me to contact the delivery company myself. Even though I'd sent them the emails I'd received from them up until the day before saying my parcel was in transit. I've still received nothing but excuses. I've requested a refund & have heard nothing. Absolutely terrible service & no help even though it was their mistake. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone

I bought 2 Cat Window Perch Hanging Beds in January for a friend's birthday in March. When package was opened, there was no velcro to secure the window hammock.
Where is the quality control??
They wouldn't exchange the items as it was outside the 30 days. Very dissapointed ant won't be buying from them again nor recommending!!

Would give no stars if it was an option. Order took ages to arrive, when it did arrive it was left on our doorstep, when returning home it was gone. Not with neighbours and not in a safe place. Requested a refund through the bank as apparently Primdog take nothing to do with the courier. They are disputing the refund, quite cheeky and threatening through email. Wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company. Will avoid in the future

Bestelde artikel kan niet geretourneerd worden , bieden 30% vergoeding en je mag het artikel houden waar je niets aan hebt.
Dropshipping . Dus NOOIT hier bestellen.
Helaas toch weer ingetrapt.

Zeer slecht, beloofd wordt 3 - 10 dagen. Wordt nu verlengd naar 3 weken.

Terrible customer service and very long shipping to delivery times I ordered an item on 6 th March 2026 . I am still waiting for it to be delivered . I have emailed the Primdog 4 times and given no resolution or refund . I do not recommend this company . Rubbish
