I have recently completed the pathway with Laura in Prime academy. My challenge was travelling from London to Manchester for the training, and that was only one uncomfortable issue that I had to experience when it comes to the training. Laura was absolutely superb in her approach to the client and new staff Laura was also superb in her knowledge on several different topics. Laura was superb in her expertise as a nurse and aesthetician. Laura has shown, high proficiency in management, education, support and tremendous amount of patients she has had me and for new starters. As you are aware, Manchester is far from London and that is the only thing that’s putting me off. I will still go, and I will come back for further knowledge as I feel very competent after attending Prime academy. I highly recommend for anyone who needs a proper start, follow Laura and you’r gonna be safe in your practice and inspired to continue with your practice.

I had recently commuted from Birmingham to complete the Full Works package with Laura at the Prime Aesthetics Academy.
From prior to the course start date I was given workbooks and training manuals for each of the treatments in the package well in advance which provided great insight and a better understanding before attending the academy.
They were also used and assisted me a lot due to their well thought out structure and the very well detailed format, they are honestly all you would ever need as they include all the information needed and are great to look back on after completion. As well as the start up support that was provided.
I was kept well informed and supported throughout. Laura’s range of knowledge and skills were of high quality and her clear communication, patience, and encouragement was extremely appreciated and helpful in my aesthetics journey.
As someone that struggles with confidence I was made very comfortable and adapted well to the way the course is taught and enjoy the practicality aspect as I personally learn best when it is hands on and not solely theory based. I was given plenty of practice on the models and enjoyed every moment which boosted my confidence.
It is also very reassuring that I can always drop Laura a message if I had any further questions or needed any further guidance.

Prime academy is my new favourite. My previous salon kept me waiting for more than 30 minutes even if I had already booked the appointment. While Lydia the nail technician is very punctual and never keeps me waiting no matter how busy she is she is always done on time and ready to start my appointment at the time I booked for. I highly appreciate her professionalism and the quality of work she provides she is the best and I will be booking in, in advance every 4 weeks as she is so accommodating and the salon is a beautiful environment to walk into i love the atmosphere and aesthetic!

I have recently completed my Botox training at Prime academy. The course had in depth theory and a lot of real models for us to complete our injections on. I actually felt really confident and there was no questions unanswered. I have already booked another course to become an advanced practitioner and I’m so excited.

If you’re looking for a salon that you can feel comfortable in then this is the one! I’ve had my nails done off Lydia for nearly 2 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she is professional, friendly and hardworking.

After researching online for local salons that offer aesthetics I came across Prime Academy. I have had anti wrinkle treatment on my forehead and I am so pleased with the result.

The staff are all pleasant and helpful from the moment i stepped through the door i just felt relaxed and at ease.

The lady that done my treatment explained everything before we started and gave me great aftercare information once the treatment was over.
