Fast Delivery, Competitive Prices & Outstanding Support.

I've been using Prime Cargo for a while now and on a weekly basis. I honestly can't fault them, their prices are very competitive and my goods ate consistently delivered within three working days.

A special shout out to Linus at the Nairobi office, he always goes above and beyond to make sure my deliveries reach my doorstep without any issues. With an elderly mum at home, this level of service means a lot to me.
Really appreciate the whole team. Keep it up!

I’ve had an excellent experience


I’ve had an excellent experience working with Prime Cargo. Their service has been consistently reliable I’ve been using them since January with deliveries almost every week, and everything has always arrived on time without any issues.
What really stood out to me was their customer support. One of my items from UK stores arrived damaged at their warehouse, and they were immediately ready to help me return it and get a replacement. In the end, they actually fixed the issue for me directly, which saved me time and hassle I really appreciated that extra effort.
I genuinely can’t complain about anything smooth, efficient, and trustworthy service all around. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable shipping.

Very reliable

Very reliable, world-class service, with friendly staff and excellent communication re delivery and timeframes.
I have been using them for over a year now shipping weekly to Kenya. Everything arrives safe under one week. Best shipping price aswell.
