I had a grt experience with the remote job search process.The guidance,support and resources provided helped me understand the requirements of international job opportunities & improve my approach. The process gave me better exposure to remote roles, interview standards, and professional expectations.I appreciate the support & efforts that helped me move closer to achieving my career goals .This is the best platform.

Unfortunately, my experience during this period has been very disappointing.

Despite using your platform for a full quarter, I have not received a single positive outcome. Out of the very few responses shared with me, two were related to two was completely irrelevant to the skills, preferences and requirements I had clearly communicated at the outset.

Furthermore, I am extremely disappointed with the financial resolution of my engagement; although I paid an amount of 40k, I only received a refund of 4k after nine months.

Overall, I am highly dissatisfied with the service, especially regarding relevance, responsiveness, and results. I hope you will improve your process and take client requirements more seriously going forward.

I liked that the service focused on long term career growth rather than quick fixes. the advice and guidance felt practical and sustainable.

What stood out to me was the consistency. Job searching while working full time can be exhausting and having a dedicated team handle applications saved me a lot of time. I started receiving responses from companies that had previously ignored my applications.

The referral opportunities shared were relevant to my background and experience. What I appreciated was that the team didn't push random opening just to increase numbers, the referral felt targeted and worthwhile

The movk interviewsessions were one of the most valuable parts of the service for me. They highlighted several mistakes I was making in my answers and helped me structure my responses better. I walked into actual interviews feeling much more prepared

I was specifically looking for remote oprrotuanites because relocating wasn't an option for me. Prime Pathway helped me identify roles that matched my experience and share opportunities that I probably wouldn't have found myself. The process felt structured and the support was consistent throughout.

The mock interview session helped me identify several mistakes in my interview approach The feedback was pratical and actionable

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GIVE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY TO PRIME PATHWAY, they are SCAMMERS and they will reply to this comment as well. I have PROOFS and whosoever is going to reply bring it on. I accepted my fate a month ago that i got scammed but today you guys had the audacity to call me asking for a feedback when you ghosted me for a month , infact the moment I gave 10k , I had to reach you everytime for any action item.
People I’ll tell you what they do, they act like they are taking steps such as creating an AI based resume and applying to company portals which by the way you could have also done but never ever schedule a single interview. All those reviews that you are seeing on google are actually their own people. Please stay away from such scammers!!!!!!!

Not a great experience. A lot of applications were submitted over 3 months, but hardly any real interviews. Most of the “progress” was just assessments, not actual interview rounds.

Applications are done in batches, so timing feels delayed and opportunities get missed. Also, roles applied don’t always match the profile level properly.

Overall, effort is there, but results are very limited. Would suggest focusing more on quality, timing, and proper role targeting.

I personally wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

The main issue isn’t just delays it’s the lack of ownership and execution. I had to follow up constantly just to get basic updates, and even then things didn’t move proactively.

I clearly shared my preferences (remote roles, salary expectations, no outbound-heavy roles), but irrelevant roles were still getting applied to. On top of that, there were repeated back-and-forths on simple issues I had to mention multiple times that I couldn’t change a setting on their portal, and instead of fixing it from their end, they kept asking me to try again.

It ended up feeling like I was managing the process instead of them.

If you’re expecting a structured, hands-off job search where things move fast and smoothly, that wasn’t my experience at all.

I’d suggest being very cautious before enrolling.

I had a very disappointing experience with Prime Pathways Job Service. The communication was poor, and they were not transparent about the process or charges involved. They promised quick job opportunities and strong placement support, but there was very little actual follow-up after registration.

Most of the responses were delayed, and many times there was no proper update at all. It felt like they were more focused on collecting fees than genuinely helping candidates find suitable jobs. The job opportunities shared were either irrelevant or outdated.

I would highly not recommend this service to anyone looking for professional and reliable job placement support. Please be careful before trusting their promises.

I wasn't aware that services like this exited where jobs are actually sourced for you. The roles shared were quite relevant to my experience, which saved a lot of time and effort compared to random applications.

The team is very approachable and responsive.i had multiple questions during the process and they were always available to clarify things it made the overall experience smooth and less stressful

They also helped me with offer discussion,which was something I wasn't very confident about. The guidence was practical and helped me handle it better.

The job sourcing part is definitely the highlight. Instead of spending hours applying everywhere, they bring opportunities that match your profile. It makes the whole process more efficient.

Prime pathway helped me shift from a scattered job search approach to a more focused one. Their guidance on targeting the roles need noticeable difference.

Overall a decent experience if you are looking to explore opportunities beyond India. The support feels ongoing and not just limited to one stage.

They are scammer they have not paid salary from 3 month I was informed that there is change in there system first they used abroad ninja career flow and after switch to pms I call everyone they told salary will be credited gave false promises and even all client which were onboard they are left all client even client are reaching to ufaber they change company name primepathway and onboarding all employees and tepaeting same same I see many positive reviews but check the name most of name are my mutual friends in linkedin they are employees not client but they were forced by organization to write review even when I joined after 7 day training I was also told same so stay away you can search on LinkedIn in search bard ufaber fraud you can see many post of employees and clients whom they have not paid and clients they simply lie they only wanted money from client but no work one employee they wanted to handle 35 client howone employees can handle all applying they are just hirng intern and freelancers and do work from them pay salary 2 month after give false promises and not paid salary and not care of clients fraud company primepathway is same they change name from ufaber to primepathway not trust reviews
