It's very useful as a PDF editing tool. However, after the process is complete, you need to click the "save and finish" option, not the "OK" or "completed" option, otherwise everything you've done will revert to its original state. Thanks.

Complete scam

Complete scam. I used PrimeODF once to merge PDFs and paid €1 for the trial. A week later, without any warning or reminder, they charged me €29.99 for a subscription I never intended to sign up for.

Looking at the reviews here, the exact same thing has happened to many other people. The trial is clearly designed to trap users into an expensive subscription. I want my money back. Avoid this service.

Repeatedly billed long after cancelling

I cancelled my subscription shortly after enacting it, and primepdf has billed me $29.99/month anyways for multiple months. I can login to my account with them and their own system says I have no active subscriptions, and yet they continue to steal 29.99 per month from me! Avoid this product/compsny. They are not ethical!
