This is the third such streaming company I have tried. They all have problems with lagging. So far this company: up to 5 minutes just to load each time I turn it on, no program guide, the sound often doesn't synch with the picture and lots of stalling, The screen is now locked and won't load my favourites or play any channels.

Awesome service, they deserve 10 stars

Their service is amazing! They respond right away and are quick to answer any questions. The app itself is great! I haven’t had any buffering issues and the channel, tv and movie selections are more than expected. Would highly recommend!

Had a problem with buffering and guide and support via whatsapp was great. Addressed the issue in a timely manner and answered all questions I had. I was about to cancel the service until they took the time to help me out.

The customer service is good they respond at a quick time and their patient

Beyond frustrated with being interrupted with the pauses and watching the dreaded spinning white wheel. I’m actually watching it as I write.

Huge selection of series but many are “unavailable at this time … please try again”.

Less variety but consistent, accessible and uninterrupted programming would be a major upgrade.

Why did we ever purchase a year subscription for two devices? Lesson learned.

UPDATE: Have sent 26 emails in less than a month regarding problems with Prime Salto. Service reps reply promptly but fixes are always temporary. My husband bought the NHL playoff package this afternoon rather than wait for the black screen on Prime Salto to eventually return to the game. Have requested a refund for our unused months.

Very very bad!!!
Every single cent spent at this program is not worth at all, we got this program running for a week and it stopped working lost all the channels and not loading up, we got it now to try it out for a month as of new costumers and never again.

The server they provide me is unstable which make it impossible to watch anything. Worse 11.99 I ever spend

I normally only do 3 months on providers and surf around and usally change providers. Primesalto has lots of channels and such but i find not as much US and Canada as others and 60% + that have no info on the channels in the EPG and they are more expensive than alot of them.

Tried the rest these are by far the BEST 5* Service

As with all these iptv providers....when it works, it's great....but then when it don't....
This provider is a not clued up reseller.
The client area on their website doesn't work...no emails....it's all done on whatsapp.
If you want one day working the next...servers offline then this is for you.

Great experience. New member during the holidays and everything works as expected. We tried a few providers before and they would not live up to their words. This one so far is and even exceeding my expectations. Very few freezes and enough entertainment to keep us busy.

Needed to contact support for a few minor things and they were very responsive with a positive outcome.

Will renew for a longer term and hoping it remains a great experience.

Recently signed up for a multiroom package and I could not be happier with both the service and the support, which was very quick and simple to follow. Would recommend this to everyone.

Great provider, everything we would ever need with iptv right here! Speedy initial setup instructions up and watching in no time. Had an error message come on my mag box contacted them right away. Quick response easy fix all I had to do was unplug my box and plug it in again. No I know thank you.

Purchased product and had issues with non working URLs that kept giving failed attempt error messages. Chatted with client services and solved the problem quickly with a new working URL and password. Very satisfied with the customer service.

Recently signed up for a test month. So far, working excellent, nice fast changeover of channels, excellent support with reasonably fast response, and great selection to choose from with various payment methods. I recommend this.
