Absolute scam…!!

These are fakes… (admittedly they are half decent fakes) I can’t believe I paid over the odds for my fluffy dice Stussy tee. Should have listened to my instincts sizing was completely off. XL was more like a M and the dead give away was the tag was just stuck under the collar rather than stitched into the seam

Worst part is when I’ve emailed them they do communicate quite well, until you ask for a refund. It’s now been over a week with zero correspondence

You are an absolute disgrace and hope you rot in hell. My son is disappointed and I am heartbroken for him. Mark my words karma will come back and dish you what you deserve. £500 spent plus delivery cost and shipping protection. Asked for refund only to be told I can’t have it because items have been allegedly shipped. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬👊🏾

Emily finally replied yes and your trainers came in plastic bags not the box. Counterfeit i suspect, never mind I’ll be reporting this to PayPal 😉

This company is clearly a scam site pretending to be legit. All items ship from China and are fake. The 5 star reviews are all fake too. It's a disgrace.

This site should be investigated and seized.

Update: so the products (Nike Stussy tracksuit) turned up yesterday without being signed for 22 days after buying them and they’ve come directly from China. I’m not sure how the authenticity process works from China and I’m very dubious that the products aren’t counterfeit as they seem well made but with with Chinese writing on the tags and in the clothing labels.

After I wrote my review below, I did finally get two calls from a withheld number from their customer service team with a follow up email telling me that my items had been shipped but were unfortunately delayed by the shipping company which apparently wasn’t their fault.

I’ll be contacting them directly now to find out more about the authentication process and who’s actually doing it before deciding if this is just a new company struggling with logistics and supply chain issues or there’s more to this.

Ordered my Nike Stussy fleece on 16/06. Still not arrived after chasing via phone and email. Called them and sounded like I was speaking to some one in their lounge and they didn’t even ask for my order number until I volunteered it, after giving her all of my contact details and order details she said no one was available to speak to me and that they’d call me back to update but she couldn’t say when they would be…. All these 5 star reviews are fake too, who would mention a customer service agents name in every order?! Why would they need to speak to one for every 5 star review? I’ve read other reviews that say even if the goods arrive that they are fake anyway and really poor quality.

I now have my credit company looking into this payment so hopefully they’ll not get any money out of me but my poor son misses out on his main birthday presents. Shame on you Prime street, how do you all sleep at night doing this to people??

Paid £275 for a trapstar coat after a week got an email saying stripe have stopped working with them and will refund my order they cannot give any info on the refund as it will be handled by stripe separately but I can re order again via PayPal! total scam AVOID!

Do not use this company. I placed an order for some trainers on 15th June it's now 28th Jun and apparently they haven't even finished their quality checking. The order hasn't moved but the money was taken. You're promised a callback you never get just another fob off email. Completely ruined that I needed these for an event. Customer service provide the same excuse and a measly email is sent after calling them three days.

Ridiculous wish I had never used this site looks more like a scam you can have items from abroad arrive quicker than their apparent quality checking process. Where it still hasn't even been shipped and the order status is still as ordered. You have been warned. Unless you want an.order that will never arrive! I still don't even have an order I paid for over two weeks ago besides another generated email. This site just seems fraudulent and their apparent timescales are not even correct. Save your money and go elsewhere guys.

Hello my name's mofi and my mom bought a trapstar windbreaker it didnt really come in time but it did and the customor service is pretty good but the windbreaker is fake and i want to replace it with the real one please ive ripped off the label and stuff so idk if i can still return it

Bought a ACG Sherpa Fleece and is fake. Would not recommend at all.

I ordered from the website and at first I was worried because my order didn’t arrive, however customer service were very kind and helpful along the process to confirming my order will be arriving and that items need to be sourced before they are shipped. My order arrived in perfect condition and I highly recommend ordering from them!

Delivery took forever but customer service was very helpful. Can’t work out if the clothes are fake or not. Thought the labels inside looked a bit suspicious. Having brought Stussy originals before I am pretty sure that Stussy have a shiny holographic label inside. This t shirt however from Prime did not! Thinking I may of just been royally ripped off!!!
