Primetime Watches Limited レビュー

This guy has been brilliant from start to finish! Bought a watch from him with ease, and when I had a change of mind, he was very understanding and easy to deal with. 10/10 for customer service and communication. I also appreciated being able to negotiate the price, which he was happy to accommodate. Highly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to deal with him again!

First class guys to deal with. Fast and accurate and deliver what they say they will. 5***** sellers and will be dealing with again no doubt 👍

Absolutely fantastic experience with prime time watches from start to finish, the service was exceptional very professional and incredibly helpful, making the whole experience feel personal and stress- free . The quality and selection of watches are amazing. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend prime time watches.

Really good. Got a watch from Primetime about 5 months ago. Watch works great as expected. A couple friends have also bought their watch from Primetime after I recommended them. They have very good value for money. I saved over £700 on my watch and it was basically new, immaculate. Also the owner is top man, very helpful every time I messaged prior to the sale as I was interested in a few of their other watches at the time. Can't fault this company, outrageously good

I bought my first tag watch of prime times watches the best service I could ask for everything they said they followed with very professional and welcoming business even dropped the watch at my house at no cost

Dealt with Mikey on multiple occasions. A great guy but also great at his job. Knowledge is second to none, will always go the extra mile. If he hasn’t got something in stock he will always try his best to get in stock for you. Will only ever deal with Mikey now when it comes to purchasing watches.

Came across Primetime watches through a facebook group which recommended them. I saw a specific Tag Heuer Pepsi i wanted as my 30th birthday present from my family and friends. Right from the very fist message they were polite friendly and extremely helpful! I arranged to go to their office and pick up the watch which made the whole process such an enjoyable experience and a really nice memorable moment. Couldn't recommend them highly enough and ill certainly be coming back for my next one !

Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Bought a watch last year and a second this year. Brilliant value for money🤩

Buying a pre owned watch was a worry until I met Mikey. The service he provides is second to none. Would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Bought a watch for my sons birthday.Gave a description of what he likes and got sent a few watches found the perfect watch.Transaction and help was smooth and perfect and amazing value for money.

Bought a piece a little while back and come back again to look for my next little something. They have a lot of different watches to choose from and contacts across the industry to get other things that have been on my radar. Knowledgeable, friendly and speedy. Can't fault them at all. Definitely recommend them, especially if you need advice on which way to turn.

Brilliant from start to finish, very professional service thank you

An Unforgettable Experience, First-Class Service from Start to Finish!

There are purchases you make in life, and then there are purchases that become lifelong memories. My experience with Primetime Watches was most certainly the latter.

For my 40th birthday, I wanted something truly special. Something that would mark a significant milestone in my life, something timeless that I could treasure for decades to come. I decided on a Tudor, and I can honestly say that choosing Primetime Watches was every bit as special as choosing the watch itself.

From the very beginning, Mike was nothing short of exceptional. His professionalism, genuine enthusiasm, attention to detail and, above all, his thoughtful and personal approach made the entire experience absolutely outstanding.

What impressed me most was that Mike understood this wasn’t simply another watch purchase. This was a significant moment in my life, and he went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure the occasion received the care and attention it deserved.

There was no pressure, no unnecessary complications, and certainly none of the pretentiousness you might associate with the luxury watch industry. Just genuine passion, exceptional knowledge and an effortless, thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish.

It’s incredibly rare to encounter someone who takes such personal pride in ensuring a customer walks away with not just a beautiful timepiece, but a memory they will cherish forever.

My Tudor will always remind me of my 40th birthday, but equally, it will remind me of the exceptional experience Mike created around it. That, to me, is the difference between simply selling luxury watches and delivering a truly luxurious service.

Primetime Watches doesn’t just sell timepieces. It helps create memories that stand the test of time.

Mike, an enormous thank you. You’ve made a milestone birthday even more memorable, and that’s something I’ll never forget.

An absolutely outstanding experience, from an exceptional gentleman who clearly takes immense pride in what he does.

Five stars simply don’t seem enough. I cannot recommend Primetime Watches highly enough!
