Very helpful and always answered my calls love my new web

I’ve been working with them for over a year now and the experience has always been smooth. Ashley, the project manager, did a great job guiding me through my website revamp for my business. Everything turned out just the way I wanted. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend them.

I am giving this company two stars only because of Saif. I signed up for tutorials because I needed to improve my computer skills. I wanted to create great thumbnails and clean up my business presentation on social media. This was accomplished in my first class with him. The following week, I was ready to move on.

I paid 199.00 for four sessions. I only received one due to Saif's accident. At that point, I was turned over to Zack. The problem was that we couldn't connect, and there were poor communication skills. I sat waiting for him to call, as I had planned the time for these appointments.

Then, he had an accident and injured his finger. An hour later, he wanted to set up a Zoom call. I did not need a Zoom call for the kind of tutorial I needed. I told Zack this wasn't working out.

Due to the poor communication, I felt like I was experiencing discrimination. It seemed like I wasn't worth working with due to my age. I expressed this to Jordan and asked him to refund my money.

Instead of referring me to the financial department, he simply refused. He stated that I had used up all of my time because Zack had tried to help me on Zoom. We never had a tutorial. All he did was try to make a connection with me. It wasn't working out. As well as that, all I needed to do was open up Canva, and get instructions from him. After reading Jordan's email, I felt like he had gaslit me and twisted everything around. He stated that I had agreed to learn to create thumbnails. Everything else was out of their scope, and they couldn't give me
editing tutorials. Saif never told me that and said I
could have tutorials in it.

Here is the email Jordan sent:

Hi Cynthia,

Thank you again for your message. I want to take a moment to sincerely acknowledge your frustration and also clarify a few important points.

Firstly, Saif was recently involved in an accident and suffered a broken arm and rib. Because of that, all of his clients were transitioned to Zack, who stepped up to help and has consistently shown professionalism and care.

When you signed up, the scope of work was specifically for learning how to design YouTube thumbnails, and from my understanding, that was successfully completed. Beyond that, you requested tutorials on editing videos, which fall outside the original agreement. However, Zack kindly went ahead and began assisting you with that as well, entirely free of charge, out of goodwill and courtesy.

Please also know — we do not discriminate in any form. Age, gender, background — none of that determines how seriously we take our clients. If anything felt disrespectful, I apologize, as that was never the intention or standard we operate.

As the agreed services have been delivered in full, we’re unable to offer a refund. But I’m still here to support in any way we can, moving forward, should you wish to continue.

It would have been nice to have been shown the same courtesy as others and directed to the financial department.

If you are looking for a designer. There is no better then saif, Don't look for another. He is the man. He did my shirts. Exactly how I wanted them. I couldn't be happier. I will go to him from now on. With any designer idea I have. Thank you again saif for helping me. 🙏🏼. Love my shirts
