They are scam
It took forever to confirm receipt of payment
Items bought were never dispatched and they stopped responding to my inquiry emails
Thankfully, I used credit card so I could dispute the transaction

Masters Distributor and Prime Wholesale Products are operated by the same owner. They accepted $8,369.60 from my business account via ACH on January 7, 2026, for Invoice #11439, but never delivered a single item. After receiving my payment, they stopped responding. Stay away from this company.

Masters Distributor scammed me out of $8,369.60 and never shipped my order. I paid this amount via ACH for a wholesale order, but I never received a single product.

Masters Distributor accepted an ACH payment of $8,369.60 from my company, The Charming Turtle, LLC, on January 7, 2026, for a wholesale order under Invoice #11439. Despite receiving and clearing the payment, they never delivered any merchandise.

I also want to warn others that the same individuals appear to be operating under a new website called Prime Wholesale Products. Based on my experience, buyers should exercise extreme caution.

Please be aware that I paid Masters Distributor in full, never received any products, and all attempts to resolve the matter have been unsuccessful. I believe Prime Wholesale Products is connected to the same operation that took my money through Masters Distributor.

Please do your research before sending money to either company and proceed with caution.

They maintain clear communication throughout the order process and ensure that shipment are handled correctly I've had a smooth experience with order confirmations, invoicing, and delivery coordination overall, they are reliable fore consistent sourcing.
