A really necessary couple of comments regarding Primis PM. They have recently assumed the management of Joseph Locke House, Barnsley. A large converted Government apartment block of 95 units. Previously abandoned by it's former owner, now freshly sold. So new partnership formed with Primis. From office manager Vicki, who is extremly contactable and efficient, to all other trades men and cleaners they are great. In a very short time have completly turned around the building and grounds. I have lived here over 5 years the atmosphere never been better. Onwards and upwards.

Working with Primis PM is great we work together to better there Tenants security in making their homes a better environment to live in.
This company is one of the best property management companies out there in my opinion.....

We have been working with Primis Property Management for a few months now and I am so impressed by how much each team member cares for the buildings they have. They react to all the tenants feedback and are working extremely hard to make long lasting improvements to the buildings. I have had the pleasure of working with Vicki, Abi and Bex along with both Nick and Faye. You can tell that as a property management company they really do care and are working tirelessly to enhance the facilities and environment for everyone involved.

I recently sold my apartment where Primis Property Management took over the management of the apartment block in the final stages of the sale. Due to transfer of the management company, I worried about the effect it could have in terms of delays. But I hadn’t needed to worry. Nick King was incredibly helpful every time I spoke to him. He helped provide documents I was missing and when the central hub were misunderstanding what was needed from our solicitors, he stepped in to make sure it sped the process up and was seamless. Every time I’ve spoken to him since, he’s always had the time to address any queries or worries I’ve got in a compassionate and caring manner. He’s very knowledgable which was always helpful, and if he was ever out of office, he always had someone call me to let me know when he’d ring me back so I wasn’t left wondering.

Thank you to Nick and Primis for making this process easier to manage. It was a pleasure!

Called Primis for some leaseholder advice. I was given their details and a recommendation from an associate. I spoke to a lovely chap called Nick. He couldn't have been more helpful. He managed to answer all my questions with ease and really knew his stuff. Thanks for your help Nick, looking forward to having your support and knowledge to help us manage our block.

Excellent management company! Nick is kind, knowledgeable and efficient. His customer service is incredible and he has helped us with some complex issues regarding the purchase of our flat. We are very pleased he is managing our complex and are confident in the improvements he's put into place and the future maintenance of the village.

Great start for our new management company. The new web site portal is a vast improvement on past facilities available to residents, and the personal experience and knowledge of property management by the owners leaves past companies standing. At last, we have the level of transparency and communication we have craved for many years.
