My experience with Primus Solicitors…

My experience with Primus Solicitors was extremely disappointing. In my asylum case, they showed a serious lack of knowledge about basic legal procedures. After an interview, a solicitor should obtain the interview record promptly and check it for errors. This was not done in my case.
The interview transcript was sent to me two weeks later, on the exact day my refusal was issued, leaving no opportunity to correct mistakes or respond properly.
Overall, the service was very poor and unprofessional. I would not recommend this firm to anyone dealing with an important immigration matter.
