Currently deployed, bought this to make having a light more convenient since it’s mounted on my helmet,
- falls off my helmet had to tie it down with metal wire
- battery compartment won’t close securely, I have to tie 550 cord to keep it shut

Ordered 3 flashlights, and one had a broken O-ring. When I tried to initiate an online return, the process didn't work.

Purchased 2 charge X's and was surprised to find that they included a free headlamp. Not sure if that was a promotion that I missed, but happy about it either way. So far, all products are excellent quality and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Shipping was fast, company was quick to send follow up emails about order status. Product itself is really solid & comes with plentiful of different attachments to mount to your specific need or multiple (in my case , helmet & mlok rail). Lights are super bright in the dark or even with minimal light, buttons are an easy press with gloves , and it’s super easy to position and not have to worry about it moving out of place. Online instructions make it easy to access anywhere anytime , instructions being simple and easy to understand. Definitely would recommend.

Forget other headlamps these are the real deal

Princetontec is a quality brand at an affordable price. I really like the fact that my new headlamp strap is compatible with other brand headlamps. For instance I purchased a OD green strap to replace the strap on a Coast brand head lamp because of the reflective material on the coast strap. Low signature was achieved with the Princetontec headlamp strap!

Absolutely excellent customer service, cannot recommend enough!

So I purchased a PricetonTec Shockwave, sector 7 dive torch many years ago. Great product. However, over years of use the rubber protective sleeve must worked itself loose and while recently diving I lost it.
Contacted PrincetonTec and they sent out a replacement immediately and free of charge.
Once I received the new part, as I was fitting it, I noticed the torch on/off switch had a hairline crack, probably due to fatigue caused by very cold UK sea temperatures. Obviously I couldn’t risk diving with the torch in this condition so contacted them once again and to my amazement they sent out replacement parts free of charge once again! All of this was in a space of fortnight.
The Torch is now back to perfect working order and one very happy customer.
When they say lifetime warranty, they mean it!
Excellent company, excellent customer experience and now they have a customer for life.
