Amazing cakes and service!

I ordered the cakes on Tuesday and they arrived with no fuss by Friday. Lovely cakes and logo was exactly what was ordered. Highly recommend and will be using again!

We ordered some cupcakes from Print Cakes for our Return to office week to our different sites, and we couldn't fault them! They were so helpful the whole process from ordering to delivering. And the cupcakes were super yummy! Everyone received them and was thrilled, thanks so much!

I recently used Print Cakes and ordered 300 corporate cupcakes for a workplace event. The cupcakes looked and tasted amazing – there wasn’t a single one left at the end of the event!

The service received was brilliant too. We ordered last minute and had a special request when it came to the cases, which the team happily sorted for us. I recently contacted Print Cakes to place an order for Corporate cupcakes - from start to finish Helena and her team were fantastic! They were extremely easy to deal with - the communication was excellent, and they were very patient with various changes that were needed to the order / designs that had been submitted to them. I ordered 80 branded cupcakes (3 vegan) for a small internal launch at my work place. These cakes arrived perfectly packaged and precisely on time, within 2 working days of the order. The logo on the top was presented brilliantly and the cake tasted delicious, especially the frosting. I have used Print cakes twice for work events and each time I have received brilliant service. My first event was last minute, but Helena was calm listened to what I wanted and provided a fantastic service. The second time was for a very big order of both cupcakes and pic n mix sweets, they went down a treat and everyone was over the moon with them.

What a delightful company to deal with. We recently had to send out an extremely large batch of cupcakes with half the box having our logo & half having the various firms logo. All done quickly and professionally.
Everyone has said the cakes arrived well packed and tasted delicious.

I am so impressed with the service received from Printcakes.co.uk. I called them up at 10am on a Tuesday, needing a batch of branded cupcakes delivered the very next day to 2 different addresses. Both deliveries were made before 10am on the Wednesday, so it was a less than 24-hour turn around in the end!! The cupcakes themselves went down a treat, and Helena was an absolute star and a delight to deal with.

Ive used Helena's services twice, once personally for a friends birthday and the second time on behalf of a student accommodation company I work for. Both times Helena's customer service was exceptional, she's great at replying and making sure the product you want to create is achievable and what you will receive. The turn around time for her orders is super fast and reliable and the cakes and biscuits themselves look beautiful and professional. I cannot fault the service received from Helena. It was so straight forward to arrange my company branded cakes to me sent to over 20 clients in different locations. My request was last minute but the turn around was so quick. Quality of my logo was great and they were absolutely delicious. My clients loved them too. Thank you do much for your help Helena.
