I have ordered ink from this company in the past and I always received my ink. I made my last order on 13th Mar and then on 14th Mar I had some fraudulent activity using the same bank card I had used to purchase the ink. Luckily the scammers didn't get me but I had to speak to my bank and get a new bank card. Then I never received my ink and despite numerous emails I never received a response from them. A month later I contacted my bank asking them to get my money back from this company. And then guess what, the day after I had sent proof to my bank I suddenly got a message to say that my ink had been despatched. I don't want their ink cartridges now as I have bought it direct from China at half the price. This company is run by a scammer - BEWARE!!!!

Ordered for the right HP model and it even said the cartridges were the same code. Totally different shaped item arrived. Emailed customer service and no response despite trying twice . Binned them total waste of money. Do not use

Horiffic, no delivery after 14 days and no response to my email. Avoid at all cost!!!

I would strongly advise avoiding this company.
We placed an order (10106214) on 17 March 2026 with an advertised delivery time of 1–3 working days. The item never arrived within that timeframe, and after waiting nearly two weeks, we contacted the company on 29 March to cancel the order and request a full refund, as we were moving address. Our cancellation request was completely ignored.

Now, on 9 April 2026, the parcel has suddenly been marked as “delivered two hours ago”, well after our cancellation request was made. This is unacceptable. We no longer have access to the delivery address, and the company has still not responded to any emails.

We are now having to pursue a chargeback and consider reporting this to consumer protection authorities.
Extremely poor service. Shop elsewhere.

Used this company several times in the past and no cause for complaint. This time, they've taken my money and dropped off the radar. I see from the Companies House website that the company was registered as 'limited' on 6th May, 2025. The only officer is one Akhtar Bibi Bashir. I'm debating whether I can be arsed to go through the small claims court to get my £20 back. I think I will actually.

I ordered ink for my printer on 15th, with dispatch noted as approx 2 working days. By 27th March, ink has not been delivered and there has been no response to any of my 3 chasing emails. I currently have no idea of if I will ever get my order. I would strongly recommend that no one uses this company.
Am now pursuing a refund via my bank as all contact - email, feedback form. etc - has failed to deliver a response from the company.

I ordered ink on the 19th February they have taken payment and sent confirmation email but I have nothing from you received the goods. Having sent at least one email a week since and have got no response whatsoever I am now asking my bank to recover the money!! Don’t touch them at all!!!

Took the money and didn't supply the goods. No response from company whichever way i tried to contact them. DO NOt use them

Scam. Made an order on the 17th of March with next-day delivery, obviously, nothing arrived the next day or the day after. Sent them an email asking to help me with that, and just silence in return. Have to contact my bank to return my money.

Not received the order placed despite them taking payment from my bank. Sent emails- ignored, no response as yet.
No contact telephone number. Would not recommend , shame can’t give them zero stars

10 days since the order placed, no delivery, no method of contacting them. This company is a scam, do not use them.

I've bought ink cartridges from them before so I didn't hesitate to order again as I'd had very good service on previous orders.
Not so now as so many have found too.
Seems to be the same pattern,you order expecting a three day delivery, then receive an email around a week later stating dispatch,then nothing, getting on two weeks I tried to contact nothing from them, email isn't even working,no phone,no replies to chat or the online form.
I've opened a disputed payment complaint with my bank and suggest others do the same otherwise this is just theft plain and simple.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I paid for the item but never received it. Will not reply to my concerns and requests of status.

Oh, why didn't I look at the reviews before I bought, these people are con artists they take your money and do not deliver your goods, they don't reply to your emails either, an absolute disgraceful dishonest company do not buy it's a con! con! con!!!

They are spam or fake market ,
Question is how come they still selling online ?

UPDATE... DID A CHARGEBACK WITH MY BANK, MONEY WAS RETRIEVED BACK FROM THIS COMPANY WITHIN 7 DAYS.....

Order the standard 4 cartridges of ink on the 18th February, heard nothing for days, sent messages, no reply as such except " DISPATCHED" in one short reply. Money was taken from my bank the day after ordering, long before " DISPATCHED" message. Today is the 30th March and still no goods!!! Yet they have my money!! No replys to messages, no phone numbers, no carrier details, no receipt, no goods ,no money!! Do they know what dispatched means? Do not use these con artists. They are just keeping the publics money, in the hope you'll just go away if they don't reply to you....

Ordered ink cartridges Feb 5th, never arrived. Never answered my multiple queries.

I have used these for years and never been disappointed always great for price and delivery
Seen the bereavement message but ordered on the 13th feb so shouldn’t have been affected

No ink
My son needed this for his gcse work and me for my job
Gutted to be fair never had a problem with them

I ordered photo paper in January. On 24th January I was informed that they were getting the order ready, and on January 30th that it was on its way. Since then, no paper, and no response from the company. No reply to any of my attempts to contact them. Emails were returned as ' undeliverable '. I've even sent a letter. Again, no response.

I ordered ink 2 months ago. They sent me an email saying my order was on its way. I am still waiting. I have tried the chat on their website. No response.
I have emailed them 6 times. No response
I have asked for my money back. No response
