Great product, super easy to create. Delivered as and when it was promised, and it came out absolutely amazing.

Printerpix did a great job of creating canvas prints out of my photos. Very happy with the outcome and they make great gifts. Will definitely use again and would recommend.

Printerpix Dubai overpromises on its work and highly under-delivers. They state they will send it within 2 working days.

Let’s do the math.
I had ordered a photo-album on 9 September as a gift for my daughter’s 5th birthday, on 15 September. We spent considerable time and efforts into the look and feel, so that Printerpix should only have to push a button and send it. Printerpix is located in Dubai. I live in Dubai as well.

My daughter’s photo album arrived today (19 September). That’s not 2 working days but 10 days, even if you discount a day on which Printerpix may not work (like Sunday).

When following up with them, any customer gets some sort of standard AI-driven reply, there is no human one can reach to have a brief conversation, the client gets a templated answer and not once was I called back - this is bad, and constitutes plain indifference or contempt vis-a-vis their customers.

I strongly do not recommend this company.

My order was a gift for my sister and it has never arrived, payment has been taken, no response from email address provided.
Chat box is ai generated and no one has ever got in touch with me. Gutted I've lost my money and what I thought would be a lovely gift for my sister. Do not recommend this company at all, day light robbery they have stolen money from me and never provided me with my order.

Great print, fast delivery and good value! It came packed properly too, loved it!
