I purchased a grey Christmas sweatshirt which was great value for money but not the right size or colour for me. I contacted the company via WhatsApp to return and received a quick response. Within a couple of days of returning I received my refund. I ordered a smaller size in a different colour which I am very pleased with.

Speedy delivery and great quality product

So i had some specific requests which I clarified on WhatsApp before placing the order. Had detailed out the requirements in the order as well. But some asks were missed when the items were delivered. I had a not so pleasant chat afterwards as well. I now need to send the items back to get the prints corrected. So this has lead to a delay in my plans and since the item has a baby product init, the size might change for my baby making one of the items unusable. But I dont have any other option. While I paid for the items after clarifying that all my requirements will be met, I am currently unsure (until I do receive the corrected items back) if the items were worth it

It was easy to download a photo & order the personalised pyjamas for my Daughters birthday. They are of good quality material & hope they wash well.

I ordered a leavers top for my 11-year-old and provided an image to be printed on it. However, the image was not included on the top, and I was issued a partial refund without being given the option to cancel the order. I emailed the company to ask why the design was changed, but I have not received any response.
Today, I called to follow up and spoke with someone named Tamindhar, who was unprofessional & rude. She tried to explain that, due to the peak season, changes to the order were NOT possible and image supplied was not possible to be printed and also my order was not a bulk order! I repeatedly explained that if the product wasn’t going to be made as requested, I should have had the right to cancel the order. Instead of addressing my concerns, she ended the call by saying she had many other things to do... A customer spent £17.99 on a top and £8.99 for delivery, only to find that the order has been altered despite specific request and not offering cancellation. Any company should not start to prepare 'personalised' item without letting customer know that their order has been altered. They sent an email - upon prepping the order saying 'image was not possible to print , here is your £5 refund'. My question was why did you accept the order if it was not possible to be fulfilled as customer wanted? why did you not offer full refund before even preparing the order?
