Three times it has taken several days to a week to deliver a 1st class letter. It is expensive and has no data protection. I feel extremely stupid for using this company 3 times. Never again.

Would be 5* but CHARGES CONFUSING

My ADHD means it’s too much for me to A) Write, B) Type and print, C) take things to the post office. I had 10 letters to send. It was great that all you need to do is type a document. They will do the rest. Ahem I find it highly expensive though. Which wouldn’t be a problem but I am not giving 5*s as the CHARGES ARE NOT CLEAR.

The Only Comment You Need to Read If You Are Skeptical

Hi everyone, i was really skeptical about this service at first as i am a foreigner. Even though we made a mistake while sending the letter, they keep me updated with the process. Also, when we figured out what the real problem is. They covered all the costs and sent my letter to HMRC again. You can trust Printpigeon. Thank you for your help!

Simple Birthday Letter Delivery!

Instead of going to the post office, I sent a birthday letter online to my relatives in another country – quick and easy. Great service, highly recommend!

Brilliant service. Item was sent (& delivered) quickly, really easy to use and the communication from their customer service team was lightning quick when I had a query. Will definitely use again.

Prices are fair and communication was good,

Quick and easy to use, only snag for me what that I didn't have the option to add more pages- unless I missed it and that has a high probility tbh! Anyway super friendly informative update via email from Yannis, will deffo use again with merged docs 👌🏌🥰

Scam when asked for tracking details


Scam when asked for tracking details they were unable to provide asked for refund again was declined Letters sent were not received. Delivery times are from when they say they have posted not when you make order. You have been warned.

During your order flow, we clearly state that we only provide tracking for UK domestic orders - yours was for USA thus there's no obligation to provide tracking code. We offered partial refund (our profit margin) in our email since your orders have been fulfilled but you never replied to that. We have served 10s of thousands of customers as of today (including yourself) - your review missrepresents the quality of the service and has only harmful intentions.
