As I’m still new to working with prints, I ordered some paper prints from them as a test, and I’m very satisfied with the quality.

I want to talk about something that genuinely surprised me because I wasn't expecting it to hit the way it did.
When I started this journey — building a studio for my sister, developing the Pebble People animation pilot, getting Francescanvases off the ground properly — I knew at some point I was going to have to find someone who could handle the printing and framing side of things to a standard I could actually be proud of.
Because here's the thing. When the art means something — and this art really means something — you can't just send it anywhere and hope for the best. The print is the first impression. The frame is the handshake. Get either of those wrong and you've let the art down before anyone has even really looked at it.
So I found Printumu. And I placed my order. And then I waited.
When it arrived I genuinely didn't have words. I still don't really — and that doesn't happen to me often.
The print quality is exceptional. Every colour, every detail, exactly as it should be. Nothing washed out. Nothing flat. Rich, warm and true to the original artwork in every way that matters.
The frames are gallery professional. I mean that without exaggeration. When you hold one you know immediately that this is the real thing. The weight of it. The finish of it. The way it sits.
And the clasp. Sturdy, solid and placed perfectly central. That one detail told me everything I needed to know about the care that goes into what Printumu produces. Nobody who cuts corners bothers getting the clasp right. These people got everything right.
From the moment I placed the order to the moment it landed at my door the whole experience was smooth, professional and genuinely exciting. This is the kind of service that makes you want to tell people about it — not because you feel obliged to but because you'd feel bad keeping it to yourself.
For Francescanvases there was never going to be any other choice after this. When you find a partner who treats the work with the same respect you do — that's something you hold onto.
Printumu — thank you. You've set the bar and I'm not sure anyone else is clearing it.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Printumo. They are supportive, provide a great platform and it’s easy to use for an older artist. The quality of canvases and art prints is fantastic so I feel confident in sharing my work.

I made test prints with printumo to check out the print quality and the color accuracy. The colors where not as bright as I would like, but close enough. But the print quality did not satisfy me. Even though the files I uploaded where more than enough for the small sample print, the quality was pixelated. I messaged with the an employee and the CEO about it, they send another test print, but it was the same. Haven't heard back from them for two months now, so they don't care about looking into individual cases.

I've been using printumo for canvas prints now for 6 months, and I'm very happy with it. The quality of the prints and frames is very good, and it's very consistent.

Production and delivery is very reliable, I find the packaging is good and it's rare that anything arrives damaged. When it does I've found Printumo has exellent customer service, they're very helpful, reply fast and it's never been a problem to find a solution.

I can't speak for the paper prints, but I can absolutely recommend them for dropshipping canvas prints. This is exactly the kind of platform I was searching for for a long time, which makes it easy for artists to sell their art worldwide.

Unfortunately, my first order didn't turn out as I had hoped — only one of three prints was of the quality I expected. But Printumo's customer service solved it in a fantastic way. They compensated me with two canvasprints that actually exceeded the value of my original order. I haven't received them yet but I'm really looking forward to the result! I appreciate that they took my dissatisfaction seriously and went above and beyond to resolve it. Recommended!
