We purchased ip transit for our hosting company MineLy. The protection works perfectly, the administration solves problems with attacks as quickly as possible. Moreover, it helps to set up protection very well.

Reliable and secure vps and also fast

Excellent support and everything else was great too.

Well the only reliable vps that can manage to offer a trial instantly these days of 7 days 100 percent uptime I got with the specs specified. It Works as a vps shall work nothing less and nothing more. Its been a great help for my college project.

I wanted to test their services with the 7-day free trial VPS, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish.
Activation Delays: Ordered at 2 PM, still pending at 9 PM. Support ticket revealed deployments are done "manually" and orders are checked for "fraud" - fine for security, but 6+ hours for a free trial activation is excessive by any standard.
Performance Issues:

CPU steal time consistently above 1% (indicates severe oversubscription)
apt upgrade took nearly 30 minutes vs. typical few minutes on other providers
Download speeds were poor despite advertised "up to 1Gbps"

Technical Issues: Unable to log back into my account - getting "Invalid CSRF Protection Token" errors on the login page, which is concerning from a security standpoint.
Support: Response times are slow (6+ hours), and answers feel rushed with grammatical errors. I understand this appears to be a one-person operation (Oscar Cipriano, based on WHOIS records), but this level of service is difficult to recommend.
Bottom Line: While the pricing might be attractive, the lack of automation, poor performance metrics, and technical issues make this unsuitable for anyone needing reliable hosting. I've since deleted the trial VPS and won't be continuing as a customer.
I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers.

The company's response perfectly illustrates the issues I raised. Despite explicitly confirming I tested across multiple browsers in private/incognito modes (standard practice for any IT professional), I was repeatedly told to "clear cookies" as if I'm technically illiterate.

For context: I'm a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer with 20+ years of experience. When I report a CSRF token error after testing properly, it's not user error—it's a broken implementation on their end.

Their response also attempts to reframe clear performance issues as "policy-based limits," but:
- 1%+ CPU steal time indicates oversubscribed infrastructure, period
- 30-minute apt upgrades aren't "limited bandwidth"—they're inadequate resources
- "100 Mbps" still shouldn't take 30 minutes for basic package updates

The dismissive tone ("free trial tickets do not receive priority") while simultaneously asking me to write positive reviews via automated emails is unprofessional and tone-deaf.

Final verdict: The defensive, condescending response confirms this is a one-person operation unable to handle basic customer feedback professionally. The technical issues remain unresolved, and the excuse-making reinforces my original assessment.

Dropping rating from 2 stars to 1 star. Avoid unless you enjoy being patronized while dealing with subpar infrastructure.

Its a realy Good server. The price-performance ratio is amazing. The customer service is realy nice, competent and pretty quick.

The server was free trial and 24/7. We had a lot of fun.
And Minecraft experience was better than on the free Aternos servers.
Will upgrade to the non-free version after solving my account problems (I messed this one up because I did not
realize there are two different accounts - my fault!).

If you want to find somewhere cheap but with good uptime and performance. Private-Hosting is what you need. I've made some speed test and compare with Digital Ocean and guess what. Everything from this is 20-30% faster than DigitalOcean from SSD Nvme to Core Process. The only limitation here is the country list only Germany but it doesn't matter because everything is fast.I've used here for 6 months with all my work from Streaming API, to Web services and many more process sometimes 24/24 CPU loading but this still uptime 100% even the network running upload or download 200-300mb/s

Very good hosting for a minecraft server!

Amazing hosting company, I have both web hosting and minecraft hosting with them and could not be happier.

The pricing is exceptional and i could not complain about that all.

Support is always available if needed and any problems i have had have been resolved very fast, with a great and professional mannor.

Port 80 is closed on the "trial" VPS. It makes no sense if you wanna test letsencrypt or any kind of http server.
Opened a ticket and the staff closed it with no answer (?!). I had to reopen it again to obtain an answer; basically buy a server if you want to use the port.
The main dashboard was down for several hours.
