I really trust this business!
I’ve purchased many luxury/niche perfumes from here which are all genuine.
As an avid collector, I really appreciate the great deals Privateblends offers.

Privateblends is a complete scam site. Their products are fake! Their discount codes are fake. The perfumes they send don't smell at all. They rip off their customers. Their customer service is abusive and mocking.

I've spent well over $1,000 on Private Blends fragrances and I'm sure I'll spend another $1,000 before too long. They have a massive range at competitive prices. I can't fault any of their products or service. I recommend them 👌

I ordered $165 worth of perfume on 12th Feb. The order status hasn't changed until 18th when I emailed them asking for any update or refund if they don't have the perfume in stock.

I got an email back asking for a copy ID to process the order. Who is crazy enough to send some unknown company all their personal details including copy of ID...

By the way - when you place the order read the warning in the red - they ask ypu for your patients due to black friday delays... well if you can't recover after 3 months then something is definitely a bit dodgy.

I was very impressed with the quality of customer service.

Fake fragrances don’t waste your money

I had a great experience i ordered another initio pud for greatness i believe the 22nd witch was a Monday and it literally came christmas eve im so impressed, seen someone else say the bottles are fake i can 10000% confirm they are not i own multiple niche fragrances from different brands that have been brought from 100% trusted sites and my oud for greatness is more then ligit to tap the qr takes you to the sight smell smells exactly as my last bottles (witch i brought through initio them selves) great experience with private blends 3rd time buying and will be my go to store from now on

I ordered two perfume bottles and one of the bottle spray nozzle was completely broken with nothing left in the bottle. I emailed them twice about this and it’s been 12 days since my initial email but still no response. I cant find any other way to contact them. Absolutely worst customer service.

Ordered from this place 2x and always comes in 5 days or less with great deals even giving free fragrances if you spend over 250 and 500 dollars.

I ordered a niche perfume, on sale, but still very expensive. Arrived fast, but the product was fake. Packaging didn't match the real one, and when I checked the batch number online, it does not exist. I'm expecting a response from them and a full refund.

Perfume arrived, but the cap wasn’t on the bottle correctly and so a portion of the perfume had leaked onto the packaging. Not ideal, but could also be shipping.

I ordered 2 mancera perfume aoud exclusive and eternal wood.
One was real and one was fake.
The eternal wood was so spicy burnt my skin not wearable so I went to check if it was real the original one smelled so different.

I have ordered 17 items from Private Blends since Jan 25 and every time the transactions have been spot on, receiving all orders to the door within 10 days maximum. They are most certainly trustworthy and efficient. Thank you

I recently purchased a bottle of Sharaf the Club and wanted to test the waters in terms of response and delivery. On that occasion PB definitely processed and delivered my order very quickly.

It gave me confidence to place another order and again it was processed very quickly and my products have just arrived express delivery.

They have great products at great prices. From my experiences of purchasing fragrances online, Private Blends has been the best. I can’t emphasise that enough. It’s why I’ll be a returning customer.

Really Nice deals and ordered a few PDM and Xerjoff from these guys, delivery was pretty fast and quick response on customer support as well

Ordered july 6th with express shipping. No notification until now. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I ordered 3 fragrances. All arrived on time and boxes and bottles looked in good condition. 2 were fine but one smelt 'wrong' like it had spoilt. It is not me being unused to M.E. fragrances. I have and enjoy barnyard oud. I know how to and do macerate my M.E. fragrances. There was clearly something wrong with the fragrance. I emailed Private Blends twice to let them know and asked for exchange or refund for this bottle but never even received the courtesy of a response. Poor customer service. Now every time I see the friendly guy doing their ads it makes me angry. I now use Perfumes Dubai where I haven't had any issues with the quality/condition of their fragrances.
