Very practical, on time and friendly captains

I hired this private boat company to transport us, a group of 10, from Marco Polo airport in Venice to our hotel. Kateryna was very kind and guided me through the process. She is an asset to this company for her wonderful customer service skills. Matteo, the skipper who picked us up, was punctual, very helpful and professional.

Wir buchten und bezahlten den Bootstransfer bereits von Deutschland aus, für 190 EURO, um nach der Landung in Venedig möglichst schnell in unserem Hotel zu sein. ACHTUNG! Die normalen Wassertaxen bekommt man in Venedig bereits für 150 Euro!!
Nach unserer Landung waren alle möglichen Anbieter vor Ort, nur nicht PrivateBoatTour24.com😡
Über 30 MINUTEN fragten wir die Skipper vor Ort, nach PrivateBoatTour24.com. Keiner kannte das Unternehmen und telefonisch war nur ein Band geschalten. So mussten wir uns für weitere 150Euro💰 ein Wassertaxi nehmen, um ins Hotel zu gelangen.

Easy to book but then went unresponsive when the boat was a no show. Also did not clearly identify the taxi number or the pick up location - the dock is full of boats. They just order a public taxi for you. Save time, money and headache by just grabbing one at the dock - there are plenty. Not the first impression of Venice that you want!

L'expérience était incroyable et l'organisation ok (échanges par messages au préalable pour définir l'heure exacte de prise en charge, bateau à l'heure) mais je ne peux mettre qu'une seul étoile car le bateau n'était pas comme sur les images du site Internet (la coque n'était pas en bois naturel) et que je n'ai plus jamais reçu de réponse à ce sujet de la part de la société. J'estime donc que le site Internet est trompeur et que la société n'assume pas en gardant le silence.. dommage.

Brilliant organisation, professional skipper and so many highlights including tour on Grand canal, San Marco, Accademia Bridge and the Rialto Bridge in the sunset hours. It was breathtaking! would recommend booking with them.

Booking confirmation was quick and then followed up by email a day in advance of arrival with dock number, name and phone number of the skipper. Boat arrived spot on time for pickup from the airport and upon departure to the train station from the hotel. Would highly recommend their service and cost level compared to other companies that charge a lot more.

They arranged a classic boat for transfer from cruise terminal to Venice hotel on Grand Canal. I was able to secure a pickup place and time in advance and pay online. The dispatcher was available by phone and email. They also provided a Google map pin drop to the pickup slip. The boat skipper was also available by phone after assignment. The price was 30-40% lower than others who waited to arrange port side.

Skipper very helpful and pleasant and kept in touch.
Price very reasonable compared to other prices I was quoted.

Recently used this service for a transfer from the airport to the hotel and was very pleased.The advantages of this service are obvious at first sight, fast and convenient movement on waterways, without queues and congestion. Drivers are very friendly and willing to help with luggage.In addition, the prices for water taxi services are more than reasonable, especially when compared to the prices of a regular taxi. Minor downsides that I've noticed are that sometimes there can be channel tracking issues along the route causing slight delays. However, this is not a serious problem.

The trip from Santa Lucia to the airport cost 180 euros. At this price, I expected the skipper to go via the Gran Canal and San Marco, but he almost immediately turned into a small canal and went straight to the airport. The photos of the Gran Canal from the boat were not taken ((

We've booked a 1 hour tour on water taxi on Canal Grande in Venice. It was realy exciting. The classic wooden boat and polite skipper. Very simple and affordable service. Will recommend you to our friends. Recommended.
