Absolutely outstanding. A perfect Italian-themed evening — exceptional ingredients, beautifully cooked, and the whole experience felt effortlessly relaxed. Exactly what we wanted for my wife’s 30th. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Giovanni was incredible to work for, he made me feel so at ease the first time working for him and was great fun to be around! It was also lovely to see him interacting with guests in an entertaining and kind way. And on top of that his food was exceptional!

We hire private chef Giovanni for our daughter's birthday and from start to finish it was a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. The food was excellent and the service impeccable, the team worked very hard to make it a beautiful day. Giovanni also added some extra touches to make it even more special.
I would have no hesitation in hiring Giovanni again and I would definitely recommend him.

The event was exceptionally well-organized from start to finish. The schedule was clear, and the coordination between staff, and guests ran smoothly. Attention to details truly elevated the experience. Communication with the team and participants was clear and consistent, which made collaboration easy and enjoyable. We have had Giovanni teach a lesson for a 30th birthday as well as run a private catering event - both were delightful; Giovanni is a fabulous teacher and his passion for his food is obvious.

I genuinely feel so incredibly lucky to have met Giovanni. I run a cookery school in Oxford and we had a last minute booking and we needed an Italian chef to teach the class.

We spoke on the phone and everything was arranged quickly and professionally. I could tell immediately that Giovanni was going to do an amazing job and he did.

The very fact that we had never met, he had never been to our venue and that he drove all the way from London was a big ask for anyone.

I can't recommend Giovanni enough - well maybe the fact that I have asked him to come and teach with us in Oxford more regularly just shows how amazing he is.

Punctual, professional, no fuss, nothing was a problem and for anyone working in H&C this is very hard to find.

I wanted to offer my wife something special for her 30th birthday and invited 10 friends to ours for the party. We never had a private chef and waiters helping with the catering so it was all new for us.

From the beginning to the end, Giovanni was flawless. He helped us with the menu and understood the atmosphere we wanted to create.

The experience was truly unique; one thing is sure this will not be our last time with Giovanni. He is truly talented and professional. The whole experience was just so relaxing and we could spend all the time with our guests and had to worry about nothing. Truly amazing nothing to fault and an experience you will cherish for the rest of your life!

My partner hired Giovanni as a suprise to cook for the two of us. They had liaised in advance about the menu, and he prepared a beautiful 3 course meal for us. In particular, we loved the lemon dessert, which was a nice surprise. He was charming, polite, and so clean you wouldn't even know he'd been in the kitchen. I wouldn't hesistate to reccomend him.

We decided to use a private chef for the first time due to a special occasion for 14 of our family. So happy we found Giovanni who came to our house in Hertfordshire. Excellent food and also service from his colleague Roberta. Great communication at the beginning to plan the menu with choices for the adults and some options to keep the kids happy. Giovanni and Roberta were very friendly, fun and left our kitchen spotless. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect! Giovanni is friendly, professional and amazing at what he does. From first contact he was very quick and easy to communicate with, he adapted the menu to accommodate our guests specific needs and was priced very very reasonably!
His passion for his food and his craft was obvious and it was really nice to hear where our food was sourced and the quality of the ingredients he was using. The food was beautifully presented and was delicious!
I would highly recommend him and will definitely be using him again in the future.
