This is a great service. Used it for comprehensive travel vaccinations. Central booking and accurate assessments of stock, flexible on availability and at a price better than NHS-based travel clinics. Service-oriented, the reception was so much better than the alternatives I have tried.
Bournemouth-based clinic experience with Ella is particularly noteworthy. Great job all
Appointment was on time. Polite and professional staff. The clinician I dealt with was very good at administering the vaccines with minimal discomfort. She also explained the side effects and was careful about checking for pre-existing conditions etc.
HOWEVER, I was really disappointed to discover that the Yellow Fever vaccine I had booked could not be done on the same day but will have to wait until a week has passed. This is due to my age, yet my application before getting the appointment clearly showed my date of birth. I had to travel to Poole from Weymouth as there don't seem to be any clinics near me that offer these vaccination services. This now means I will have to make another trip next week; if I had known this I would have tried to book somewhere else.

We’re sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the Yellow Fever vaccine. In certain cases, clinical guidance means that vaccines may need to be scheduled separately following assessment, and this is determined at the time to ensure patient safety.
