i had booked an appointment for my son as NHS medical practice was fully booked and he needed a GP… has been one big upsell of tests -they see students coming. The booking was for a GP, he has only seen a “clinician” and left with no treatments for an infection but a recomendation for expensive tests … he was still unwell so eventually got an NHS appointment a few days later. Transpired he needed antibiotics and a steroid spray but at Osborne all he was offered was allergy tests and an expensive hayfever jab. A rip off. He had been once before and we ended up paying for expensive blood tests… which were unnecessary in our opinion.

We do not upsell treatments, and any tests or services discussed are always optional and based on clinical judgement. Patients are under no obligation to proceed and can choose what they feel is appropriate for them.
