He was attentive

He was attentive. Asked lots of questions to properly diagnose my symptoms. He prescribed antibiotics and within a day and a half my symptoms finally began to improve. I had been feeling bad for 11 days and not improving. I also have asthma and had some irritation in my lungs. I was hesitant to take the steroids he provided but am so glad I did. I hadn’t realised how bad my breathing was until I finally started to feel better. He was also very easy to get an appt. NHS took over 6 hours to get back to me. By that point I had already had my private appointment and began my prescription.

Our prescription charge of £25 is clearly stated on both the booking page and fees page. This covers the secure generation and immediate delivery of a private prescription to your phone, redeemable at any pharmacy.

Accusing us of a “scam” is not only false but highly inappropriate. We take such claims seriously and stand by the transparency of our pricing and the integrity of our service.

Quick same day appointment by telephone at a time of my choosing.

Hiya People,this is the first time I’ve ever used a private medical service.After issues beyond my control,I was left without my pain relief medication so did a quick google(like you do😀👍) and found this clinic.I found the costs very reasonable and to be able to speak to a G.P at 8pm on a Friday night was both a relief and a blessing.Professional and ethical I’m very happy with the service I recieved,and would like to give a grateful thankyou to Dr.Anuveer.

I recently had a B12 injection at the


I recently had a B12 injection at the Oxford branch and the whole experience was incredibly positive. Melissa, the receptionist, was so kind, patient, and informative from the moment I arrived. She explained the process clearly and made sure all my questions were answered, which really put me at ease.
Dr Sony administered the injection professionally and gently, and I felt very well looked after throughout. I’m really happy with the care I received and would happily return for future treatments.

Medical incompetence & poor customer services

Poor customer service, miss-sold tests which were not required, failed in their basic duties to provide critical information.

I booked an appointment with the practice to request a referral to a back specialist, having a known condition that had likely returned. During the appointment, I was told numerous blood samples were required at a cost of about £800+. This sounded excessive and unusual considering the issue was related to my spine, but I agreed to it.

When the results came back, I was told that one of the things they had tested was testosterone, which has no relation at all to spinal issues. They said my testosterone levels were low and that a second blood test was required to confirm this. At that point, they offered me testosterone replacement, and they seemed eager to push these long-term, life-changing drugs at a significant cost.

By chance, before the second blood test, I mentioned to a friend what was going on. They told me that for testosterone testing, the practice should have advised me to fast, take the test in the morning, and not use a gym beforehand. I explained that none of this had been mentioned to me on either test. Coincidentally, I had done an excessive gym session only half an hour before the first test. The second test, thankfully due to advice from a friend came back in the normal range.

My concern is that the practice failed in its responsibility to notify me of the correct procedures when giving blood. They made no effort to do so and seemed very eager to start pushing life-changing medication that was completely unnecessary. Their failure to provide me with basic information that any doctor should give caused significant worry and distress. My biggest fear is that I had been planning to go to the gym shortly before the second test as well, which could easily have resulted in a second “low” testosterone reading.

When I raised this with them, they offered the bare minimum, which was to refund the second, unnecessary test. However, despite emailing them four separate times and two months, they still have not processed the refund. Further investigation has shown that the blood tests they ordered in relation to my spinal issue had nothing to do with the condition and should never have been done, clearly a way for the practice to maximise profits.

A very disappointing experience overall. Oversold, sold things that weren’t required, failed to give even the basic information I would expect any practice to provide, and despite admitting their error, I still haven’t received the refund. I would absolutely not use them again, and I’ve noticed from other reviews that several other patients have had similar issues.
