Paid for a report, never got anything
Paid for an standard employee background report. After 24 months we did not received any work from them. Privin did not reply when we complained via email. We have a copy of the invoice, etc. so this is pretty straightforward transaction. It seems to be one person out of AZ. (At this late time, the only reasonable remedy would be to refund the invoice.)
Note: After seeing this review, the vendor refunded the fee.

This matter was fully reviewed on our end, and although we dispute parts of the characterization, a full refund was issued to you promptly as a good-faith resolution. As noted in your own update, the invoice was refunded in full.
