We needed to replace three double-glazed windows that had blown. We received good advice and our options were explained. A date for the work was set shortly after we accepted the quote and Chris completed the installation to schedule despite having to work in horrible weather. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards and we are very happy with our new windows.

Wow! Such a good job. Workmen absolutely brilliant.
Minimal disruption. Have recommended them to 2 neighbours. Cladding has given a real facelift to the house.

We had our house re-clad by Prize, and they have been absolutely superb from the second we reached out for help understanding what we might need done, through to post-completion support.

Prize at all times did exactly what they said they would do, to the minute when they said they’d do it. The various specialists they have to do pointing, scaffolding and the core work were all incredibly efficient, effective and just generally good folk.

The true mark of how good they were for me was when they let me know of some minor issues they identified once scaffold was up. Rather than suck teeth and reach out with an increased cost, they just fixed the problem.. this is how much they care about the quality of the work they do and the end result.

This is a good, honest, reliable and decent local business and I have no hesitation recommending them. We are absolutely delighted with the work they did on our house, and we made some real friends in the team that completed the job (albeit ones you have to pay to visit 😂).

Great people to do business with. We had them quote to clad our home, front and back & also replace the windows and patio doors with triple glazing. The owners visited us at home, bringing samples and clearly explained the options available to us. It was a very relaxed process and there was no pressure to sign up quickly. Once we placed the order and paid a deposit, delivery dates were confirmed and the work was started on schedule. There was a problem with some of the glass, but this was down to the manufacturer and Pete and Rob worked hard to get it resolved quickly. The fitting teams for both cladding and windows were superb - friendly and polite & they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, taking good care to protect our property.
In summary, we are delighted with what Prize Home Improvements have done for us, the price was fair and the service very good indeed.
