Ray has done a great job stringing a number of my racquets - he's very responsive to any questions and turns the racquets around within a few days even on the non-Express option. The strings have played really well and I'm very happy with the service overall.

I’ve been getting restrings from Pro-string for a long time now and for good reason. Ray is very quick to respond and flexible with times, which is great if you play a lot and need a fast re-string. He gives great advice on what string to use and how to fine-tune it to your needs, and does all this at a great price. Chose this over a high-street tennis shop any day!

Ray took his time to took to me via phone calls/whats app and treated me like a friend in a way and not just a customer. I will use Ray's services for as long as I play tennis! I had an amazing service from Pro-string. Ray and his team was very professional, friendly and helpful. They did a fantastic job on restringing my racket with a hybrid setup. Top quality restringing and services from Raymond and his team. Really good communication, advice, and my rackets were always ready on time. Wide range of strings, over grips, balls, basically anything you need tennis wise.
