Great product from great folks that has helped my business tremendously!

I have been a customer of ProbateData for a couple of years. I have been hesitant to implement the program because of other real estate distractions but I am committed now to arrange my leads and begin my mailings. Jonathan has continued to point out ways to be successful and I plan on implementing soon.

I'm an investor and love how easy their platform is. It's helped close two deals already.

Very helpful resource to open a whole new aspect of residential real estate.

As a real estate investor since 2009 I remember the OLD way of mining probate records and piecing all the information together. It is utterly refreshing to see how far things have come. I love this service. The NEW way of doing it. Particularly how I can set multiple predetermined filters. I like to focus on out-of-state executors, know if something has sold already, and even easily access old hidden files. This tool/service allows me to do that in a couple of clicks. It's cost-effective and the data is extremely high quality. It literally shaves a dozen hours off of the "old way" and that's putting it mildly. Thank you for putting sincere thought behind the features of this tool and service.

I highly recommend the system. It has made my my task easier. The fact that it emails me my list every couple of weeks keeps me on track to constantly be marketing to the new probates as soon as they file. I do not have to set up my own system to go pull new data it does it for me. It not only pulls the data but it scrubs it for me by cross-referencing it with do not call list and skip tracer. The amount of time that this saves me is tremendous. I closed a half a dozen probates last year and have my first one already sign the first week of the the new year. Last year All but one of my probates have come from the Probatedata. Highly recommend it.

I am new to Probate and am excited to be working with Probate Data. I am a huge analyzer and Jonathan, Michelle and Gabby have gone above and beyond and have guided me through all of the set up even step by step of the entire process. I would suggest that you use, or should I say get Probate data?

I have only been using ProbateData for a month. I am licensed in more than one state and would love it if they could add more counties. So far it is pretty easy to use. Some of the historical data was not correct, but over all a good platform.
